Lowongan Kerja PT Etrama Nusa Energi

1. HSE Coordinator

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE Coordinator role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
• Holds a valid K3 Certification by Kemenaker (AK3 Umum, AK3 Listrik & TKBT 2).
• Demonstrates strong initiative, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in using relevant HSE software and data analysis tools
• Willing to learn and contribute to both technical and administrative HSE work

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports and performance summaries.
• Investigate accidents or near misses and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Help compile tender-related documents
• Conduct research and data collection related to project safety requirements
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and safety programs
• Support compliance with HSE regulations and company standards

2. Senior Marketing Specialist

Qualifications ::

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the Solar PV (PLTS) or EPC industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia’s renewable energy industry, particularly Solar PV (PLTS), including market trends and business opportunities.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms and tender processes in government or private sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel for business meetings, industry events, and project site visits as required.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Solar PV (PLTS) solutions across industrial, commercial, residential, and governmentsectors.
• Manage corporate branding initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Commercial teams to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend strategies to achieve lead generation and sales targets.

3. Drafter Engineer Panel Maker

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience as an Electrical Drafter in Panel manufacturing is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD and EPLAN
• Strong understanding of electrical panel systems, SLD, and wiring diagrams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and revise assembly drawings, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for electrical panels in accordance with project specifications.
• Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and QC teams to ensure drawing accuracy and proper implementation.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revision control, and support timely project execution.

4. Operation SPV Panel Maker

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in operational excellence, process improvement, business consulting, or strategic operations management, preferably within the energy or industrial sector
• Proven expertise in implementing operational excellence frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent project management capabilities with experience in successfully delivering operational improvement projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Strategic thinking ability with a focus on long-term operational sustainability and business value creation.

Responsibilities :

• Identify workflow gaps, analyze business processes, and implement improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency across projects.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support waste-reduction initiatives to improve productivity, optimize resources, and minimize  operational inefficiencies.
• Develop, review, and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational standards to ensure consistent process implementation.
• Support and facilitate training on problem-solving and continuous improvement tools while fostering a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
• Coordinate company-wide improvement and change initiatives with cross-functional teams while ensuring effective implementation of new processes.

5. Operational Excellence Officer

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or related fields (having experience min. 2 years as QC in electrical panel manufacture is a pluss)
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical panels, assembly, wiring, testing (FAT), and production workflow.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and work under project deadlines and production targets.
• Familiar with production planning, cost control, quality management, and occupational safety (K3).

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control the entire panel production process, including assembly, wiring, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and delivery.
• Coordinate and manage production teams, technicians, and helpers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all production activities comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while coordinating with Procurement, Project, and Quality Control teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time project completion.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while implementing corrective actions, improving production performance, and controlling operational costs in line with the project budget.
