Lowongan Kerja – PT Dunia Kimia Jaya merupakan perusahaan manufaktur bahan kimia industri khusus untuk berbagai sektor seperti tekstil, kertas, karet, water treatment, alas kaki, pertanian, oil field, ban, dan industri lainnya, yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Lautan Luas Tbk. Berlokasi di Greenland Industrial Estate, Cikarang, perusahaan ini melayani kebutuhan pasar Jakarta, Pulau Jawa, hingga ekspor ke beberapa negara Asia. Perusahaan ini merupakan hasil penggabungan (merger) dari tiga anak usaha pada 1 Januari 2017. Ketiganya adalah PT White Oil Nusantara, PT Metabisulphite Nusantara, dan PT Dunia Kimia Jaya yang lama

Lowongan Kerja PT Dunia Kimia Jaya (a subsidiary PT Lautan Luas Tbk)

1. Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team across end-to-end project delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain the company’s web and/or application.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for internal and external systems
• Create and maintain SOPS, work instructions, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Research and implement Al, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and deliver effective system solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or programming.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor is a plus.
• Proficient in Laravel, Flutter, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST API, and MySQL
• Proven experience handling end-to-end project development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system analysis, database design, GitHub, and project development.
• Familiar with Al, IoT, automation systems, and basic IT security concepts.

2. Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and define the company’s accounting strategy in alignment with business operations, manufacturing processes, and overall company growth.
• Ensure all financial records and reparting are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to management regarding the company’s financial performance and condition.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and control financial and operational activities related to asset management and resource utilization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage the financial audit process and ensure the accuracy and readiness of reports for both internal and external stakeholders tead and develop the Accounting team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a manufacturing industry exposure, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g.. SAP) and strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Experience in financial reporting, including regulatory and management reporting (experience with Bl tools is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills

3. Production Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (min. GPA 3.00/4.00)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing production
• Experience in chemical or process industry is highly preferred
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Placement: Cikarang

4. Logistic Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with business targets
• Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, distribution)
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production and demand planning
• Ensure compliance with company standards in material handling and delivery
• Manage and control logistics budget

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, with team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution management
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in chemical manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
• Familiar with SAP and strong in Microsoft Excel

5. QHSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of QHSE systems across operations
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate QHSE programs and initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments (HIRA) and lead incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform internal audits and deliver accurate reporting
• Drive safety culture and ensure best practices in safety, environment, and 5R

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, HSE, Industrial, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of QHSE systems (MK3L), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001/OHSAS 18001, and SMK3
• Experienced in hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) and handling QHSE issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Demonstrated leadership, good communication, and understanding of HSE regulations

6. Tax Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare, report, and ensure the accuracy of tax filings (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, dll.) in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Verify and validate input and output tax invoices to ensure the accuracy of tax data.
• Conduct tax planning and assist in tax audits, objections, and tax appeal processes
• Manage tax administration and maintain proper filing of company tax documents in an organized manner.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field, with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
• Certified in Tax Brevet A & B.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Tax Staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Coretax.
• Strong skills in tax administration and documentation.
• Good analytical communication skills. thinking and
