1. Internal Audit Analyst

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from all major
  • At least 5year(s) of working experience as Auditor, preferably Internal Auditor at Property, retail company or KAP (Kantor Akuntan Public)
  • Having knowledge in Auditing, Risk Management, Tax , Accounting, ISO 9000 : 2015 & property/ Investment Property/ Hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to analyze data and summarize conclusions in each audit process

Job Descriptions :

  • Planning external ISO audit to ensure the suitability of the process to the ISO Procedures
  • Implement the annual audit plan, particularly in the area of audit operations, risk based approach to ensure the business operations run in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
  • Develop a process audit reports periodically to ensure that the operational audit conducted in accordance with the annual audit plan and applicable standards
  • Conduct personnel audits, ISO audit, to comply with audit and improvement plan audit results
  • Ability in risk management & risk based internal audit (experience in conducting risk compliance audit is preferred)

 

2. Internship – Graphic Design (Corporate)

Requirements :

  • University student, majoring DKV/Graphic Design/Animation or relevant studies

3. Fullstack Developer

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.

  • Able to work with PHP,Laravel, Flutter Programming, SQL, CSS, Javascript language programming.

  • Design, developing, implementation, and troubleshooting for application that requested from user.

4. Coordinator – Marketing Sales & Casual Leasing (Sqp)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Property, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in casual leasing, event space management, corporate and educational group sales, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and the shopping center industry.
  • Ability to develop and structure products for regular tickets.
  • In-depth understanding of Group Activities (Corporate and Edutainment), OTAs, Casual Leasing, Event Spaces, and Partnership Contracts.

  • Manage and coordinate Sales and Casual Leasing activities at SQP Park and SQP Hub.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brands, communities, and potential business partners.
  • Achieve sales targets for group activities, OTAs, event spaces, and casual leasing.
  • Manage the casual leasing process and maintain positive relations with tenants.
  • Negotiate lease agreements in compliance with shopping center policies.
  • Prepare performance reports and conduct coordination meetings.

6. Chief Engineering (Sekolah Al Azhar Summarecon Bekasi)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in building/facility engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/chief role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale buildings or properties.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, water treatment, electrical distribution, generators, and other mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Lead all operational and maintenance activities of facilities, utilities, and building systems including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, pumps, panels, and fire protection systems.
  • Develop and ensure effective implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Supervise routine inspections or audit internal to ensure all procedures, equipment operates efficiently and safely.

  • Assist tenants in the fit-out process from the initial design to the opening of the rental unit, both technically and administrativel
  • Follow-up tenants from the deal process to the opening of the rental unit
