1. Strategic Performance Management – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Assist in developing company strategies by designing and implementing approaches, conducting research on strategic topics, performing strategy analysis and reporting, aligning resources with goals, and supporting strategic initiative execution.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Economics/Finance/ Management or related major.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation pack.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Data Analysis Consolidation and Reporting).
- Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
- Good in presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.
2. Foreign Exchange Specialist – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Analyze the Foreign Exchange market movement to provide update on the future trend and propose the plan for hedging strategy using the proper tools; calculate and simulate the mark-to-market financial of the hedging plan, including the cash position in different currency and other than plain-vanilla savings product, to ensure that necessary action to minimize the loss are identified and taken promptly.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Finance/Banking/Statistics.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the Treasury Banking, Trading Export/Import or mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Preferably have experience in Foreign Exchange Technical Analysis and Data Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
3. Engineering Enhancement – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Implement a contractor performance management strategy to enhance performance and maximize company benefits. Responsible to assist Engineering consultation for improving Contractor’s assets in Mine Planning and Operation. Monitor project progress, lialise with stakeholders, and compliance to support company targets and sustainability.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Min 5 years experience on the Engineering Enhancement or Contractor Operation and preferable have experience working on Mining Contractor is a plus.
- Good knowledge of coal mining operation and mine planning.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,etc) and Mining Software.
- Willing to be placed at mining site locations-Melak Area, West Kalimantan.
4. Network & Security – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Design and executing realistic attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications. Collaborate with defensive teams, share findings, and enhance overall security posture through joint exercises. Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for strengthening security.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on red teaming, penetration testing, and security research.
- Highly skilled Red Team Security Engineer with strong background in penetration testing, proficiency with Kali Linux, and expertise in social engineering techniques.
- Expertise in manipulating individuals to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information through phishing, pretexting, and other social engineering methods.
- Ability to write and understand scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and develop custom tools.
- Proficiency in using penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and a strong understanding of network protocols and operating system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
5. Sales – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Responsible for domestic sales, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development. Tasks include govermment-related assignments, identify and pursue prospect customer, coal tender preparation, data management, coordination with departments, contract preparation & review, and market intelligence.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree any major.
- At least have 3 years experience in related field on Coal Sales/Mining background.
- Good knowledge and have shipping and supply chain Course Certification is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Preferably can speak Mandarin fluently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
6. Project Operation – Balikpapan Office (Project Based)
Job Overview :
- Manage project activities to ensure timely, within budget, and quality delivery. Supervise project stakeholders, initiate, plan, execute, and close projects successfully. Maintain consistency with established standards, review progress, ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years or more experience in road construction.
- Proven track record of managing road construction projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, including contractors, engineers, and project team.
- Understanding of Chip Seal processes, materials, and equipment. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Willing to be placed at mining site locations – Melak Area, West Kalimantan with schedule 12: 4.
7. Digital Coach – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Ensure digital project teams have the right capabilities for implementation, drive technology adoption, oversee project delivery and value capture, develop use cases, manage projects for implementation and change management, and provide on-site coaching and training.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is preferred.
- More than 4 years of experience in change management capability building or project management.
- Experience in digital transformation, agile, and/or digital tools is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and is open and willing to continuously learn.
- Ability to translate the company’s business objective to Digital. Transformation efforts and to elicit, translate, and manage stakeholder requirements.
- Resources and process management skills.
- Thoughtful strategic capability combined with action orientation.
- Excellent communication with English proficiency, networking, listening and interpersonal skills.
8. Digital Specialist – Jakarta Office
Job Overview :
- Designs, implements, and tests complex analytical models and algorithms, applies statistical techniques for real-time decision systems, ensures timely maintenance, contributes to new business development, collaborates with internal teams for holistic solutions, and supports capability building through training and workshops.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree/ Ph.D with major in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Economics, or Physics.
- At least have 1 – 2 years experience information technology, business analytics, statistical and/or data science/business intelligence and programming, preferable at Mining Industry sector.
- Experience in digital transformation, agile, and/or digital tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of coal mining operations, financial analysis and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication with English proficiency.
- Certified Agile Practitioner (Product Owner & Scrum Master) and Data Science Professional Certification (e.g. Tableau Data Scientist, HarvardX’s Data Science Professional Certificate) is a plus value.
