Lowongan Kerja ESA Sampoerna Group
1. Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Responsibilities :
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Budgeting:Creating and managing annual budgets, ensuring that expense align with revenue goals.
- Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends.
- Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluating the financial implications of potential projects or investments.
- Accounting, Tax and Reporting
- Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Tax compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all tax regulations and filling requirements.
- Auditing: Overseeing financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Financial Management
- Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity.
- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks such as credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager for at least 3 years.
- Having working experience in Manufacturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage.

2. Senior IT Manager
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop IT strategy: Aligning IT goals with the organization’s business objective
- Leading IT teams: Managing & mentoring IT professionals to ensure optimal performance.
- Budgeting: Overseeing IT budgets & allocating resources effectively.
- Technology Implementation & Management
- Technology evaluation: Researching & recommending new technologies to improve efficiency & productivity

- Vendor Management
- Vendor selection: Identifying & selecting appropriate IT vendors & service providers.

- Project Management
- Project oversight: Managing IT projects, including planning, execution & monitoring.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Leadership.

3. Legal & Compliance Manager
Responsibilities :
- Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal advice to senior management and department heads on various business operations, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist with litigation management and strategy, collaborating with external legal counsel as needed.
- Compliance Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance program to meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Monitor and track relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring timely updates to internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Reporting & Liaison:
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Act as the point of contact with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage communication with government agencies.
- Policy Development & Enforcement:

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 8-10 years of experience in Legal Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Legal transformation.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, contracts, and compliance policies
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – CCEP) is an advantage

4. QHSE & Business Process Improvement Manager
Responsibilities :
Q-HSE Responsibilities :
- Developing & Implementing Q-HSE System: Creating & implementing QHSE Documents to ensure compliance with relevant business process & regulations.
- Quality Management System Improvement: Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Quality Management System.
- Certification: Being Company Representative & Internal Consultant in order to have certain external certification as business required.
- Risk Assessment & Management: Identifying, assessing & mitigating potential risk to employee health, safety & the environment.
- Emergency Preparedness: Developing & implementing emergency response plans to handle incidents effectively.
- Training & Awareness: Providing training & education to employees on WHSE matters to foster a culture of quality & safety.
- Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigating accidents & incidents to determine root causes & implement corrective actions.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conducting internal & external audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards & regulations.
Business Process Improvement Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping: Identifying, documenting & analyzing business process to identify inefficiencies.

- Change Management: Leading organizational change initiatives related to process improvements.
- Technology Implementations: Evaluating & implementing technology solutions to support business processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in leading Quality, HSE & Business Process Improvement in group wide.
- Familiar with ISO (9000, 14000, 22000, 45000) Family Implementation.
- Having Lead Auditor Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, AK3U will be preferred.
- Strong competency on Achievement Orientation, Impact & Influence, Conceptual & Analytical Thinking, Initiative.
- Good communication skill.

5. Building Manager
Responsibilities :
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Developing & managing budgets for building operations
- Contract Management: Managing contracts with Tenant (External & Internal) & Vendors for services: House keeping & Gardening, Security, Parking Management and Building repair & routine maintenance.
- Compliance: Ensuring the building complies with all related laws, regulations, and building codes
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting monthly reports on building performance, maintenance, and financial status.
- Technical Responsibilities
- Maintenance Oversight: Managing routine House Keeping, Maintenance and repairs of Building Systems (CSA & MEP)
- Energy Management: Implementing energy-saving measures to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Safety & Security Responsibilities
- Safety: Ensuring the Building compound is safe for occupants and visitors by conducting regular inspections, Fire Safety Drilling and developing emergency plans.
- Security: Overseeing security systems and procedures to protect the building and its occupants, coordinating with authorized local security taskforce
- Emergency Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.
- Business Duties
- Tenant Relations: Interacting with tenants to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality service and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years solid professional experience in Field Construction and/or Building Management as a Head or Manager.
- Proficient in Budgeting, Quantity Surveying, Building Management System (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, Building Safety Codes & Management).
- Proficient in Business English (written & verbal).
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya.
6. Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor for at least 2 years.
- Having working experience in Manufacturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage.

7. Finance & Accounting Staff
Responsibilities :
- Journal entry: Recording financial transactions into the general ledger.
- Reconciliation: Comparing financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Account receivable/payable: Monitoring accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and disbursements.
- Fixed asset management: Tracking and maintaining records of fixed assets.
- Tax compliance: Doing tax tasks as regulated and filing tax returns. Cost analysis: Analyzing costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Cash flow management: Monitoring cash inflows and outflows.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Having knowledge on basic finance, accounting and taxation.

8. Research & Development (FMCG)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and develop new product, manufacturing procedures and specification for new product.
- Conduct cost effectiveness of product.
- Responsible in new product development up to mass- scale production.
- Conduct improvement of existing products. Looking for new raw materials and suppliers for the development of new product.
- Monitor the stability of new products, observing stability test and compatibility test.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Having working experience in FMCG will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Site – Surabaya.
9. RnD Support
Responsibilities :
- Create product prototypes based on RnD project planning
- Work closely with RnD division to assist in troubleshooting issues during testing.
- Prepare and create project documentation, record project variables and conclude results.
- Prepare and conduct internal & marketing panel tests.
- Conduct routine check on raw materials.
Qualifications :
- Vocational High School in APHP, Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Having working experience in FMCG will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Site – Surabaya.
10. Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Analyzing technical issues and identifying effective solutions to ensure the worker safety.
- Analyzing tool or system requirements to enhance work performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure electrical systems are compliant with all safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and update technical reports and documents.
Qualifications :
- Diploma’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Having working experience on PLC programming.
