Lowongan Kerja – PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk adalah anak usaha Adaro Energy yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batu bara. Hingga akhir tahun 2021, perusahaan ini menguasai lima konsesi tambang batu bara dengan total luas 146.579 hektar di Kalimantan Tengah dan Kalimantan Timur.
Saat ini, Perseroan bergerak di bidang usaha pertambangan dan perdagangan batu bara metalurgi melalui Perusahaan Anak dan menjalankan kegiatan usaha berupa jasa konsultasi manajemen. Perseroan merupakan perusahaan yang di bawah naungan AEI. Lowongan Kerja PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk
1. Logistic Officer
Responsibilities
- Monitor shipping documents and informing the schedule of material arrivals
- Monitor material reception at the Jetty, cargo handling, customs clearance, and material delivery to warehouse
- Handle custom clearance matters, including but not limited to:
- Provide information related to customs clearance documents
- Submit shipping documents and customs clearance documents to Customs
- Receive SPPB (Approval Letter for Goods Release) from Customs
- Inspect the condition of materials arriving at the Jetty / Unloading Area and create reports if there is damage or discrepancies indicated due to negligence of the Freight Forwarder / Transporter
- Send and coordinate materials arriving at the warehouse
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor from reputable university, Engineer degree is prefered (Preferably Engineering).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Logistics Officer / Supervisor, familiarity with construction project is preffered.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in our Jobsite at Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
2. Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Menerima dan Menyimpan Material di Warehouse
- Membuat Laporan Unloading barang
- Membuat Laporan Unpacking / Unboxing barang
- Melakukan perhitungan jumah penerimaan barang
- Melayani permintaan material menggunakan MIS/MBS
- Melayani pengembalian material menggunakan MRS
- Melakukan inventory check atau stock opname material
- Mengawasi kegiatan harian Helper Warehouse
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3 ( Diutamakan Teknik) dari Universitas Terkemuka
- Minimum berpengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Mempunyai skill komunikasi/interpersonal yang baik
- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman dalam mengeksekusi proyek
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jobsite kami di Kalimantan Utara
3. HR Officer – Adaro Energy
Ensure the execution of Human Resources activities (employee management and development, as well as organizational management) at the site level to support the company’s operational activities in compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.
- Implement organizational development programs in alignment with the company’s strategy, policies, and needs to ensure the effective application of these strategies and policies in the field.
- Monitor the recruitment and selection process of labor supply candidates in accordance with operational needs to support the company’s activities.
- Implement employee development programs through internal/external training or assessments, aligned with the approved company budget and requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of an integrated HR information system that maintains a comprehensive employee database through HR System applications.
- Execute administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Review monthly calculations for overtime, medical reimbursement claims (in-patient and out-patient), and travel expenses for employees with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations.
- Document employee development programs, including internal/external training or assessments, to ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Law or related field
- Min 2 years of working experience as HR Officer
- Strong competencies in office administration, recruitment & selection management, training management, and human resources information system (HRIS)
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan (non-roster)
4. Efo Site Supervisor
The EFO Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily field operations with personnel, teams, contractors, and inter-departmental stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative tasks, mapping, drilling and geophysical logging, rock sampling, surveys, logistics, transportation arrangements, heavy equipment operations (such as dozers, excavators, and drill rigs), and other related activities. The primary objective is to ensure these activities are conducted safely, smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. Additionally, this role is tasked with ensuring that field operations in remote and designated company areas comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Requirements :
- S1 majoring in Project Management / Geology / Engineering / Field Operations / Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the exploration field, or 10 years if the last education is high school/equivalent.
- POP Certified
- Understand the preparation process for coal exploration activities and basic understanding of geology.
- Experienced and understands planning operational exploration activities in remote areas: Mapping, Drilling, Geophysical survey, Geodetic Survey, etc.
- Supervise personnel/teams working in remote areas with limited facilities and infrastructure.
- Understand exploration operations with the support of helicopters or heavy equipment (dozers, excavators etc.)
- Mastering Mapping Software i.e. Arc GIS, Mapsource, Global Mapper, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Mastering Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project
- Experienced in Supervisory/Team Management
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Tengah
5. Strategi Sourcing Officer
- Receive purchase requests from users and ensure the requirements are clearly understood and mutually agreed upon.
- Conduct vendor sourcing from the approved vendor list and evaluate the feasibility of potential vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure the availability of goods or services at competitive prices, with appropriate delivery times and quality standards.
- Provide education to vendors on taxation, government regulations, and company procedures.
- Consistently and promptly prepare reports for submission to the government.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Economics, Accounting, Management, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field (Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management).
- Prior experience in the mining industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in preparing documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience in project monitoring.
- Proficiency in conducting Bill of Quantity analysis.
- Willingness to travel to remote site locations for business purposes.
- Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta
