Lowongan Kerja PT Agro Harapan Lestari

1. Assistant Mill Electrical

Job Descriptions :

• To handle Department Electrical.
• To ensure preventive electrical.
• To ensure Mill operate based on the agreed capacity, processing, & quality standard.
• To ensure Mill minimalisir downtime and breaktime for electrical.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Electrical or equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Preferred placement at West Kalimantan site / Sintang or Serawai

2. Plantation Manager (Senior Manager)

Requirements :

• Graduate in Agriculture/Agronomy/Agribusiness, Masters in Plantation Management (preferable)
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Presentation – PowerPoint, excel etc and generate yearly budgets.
• Experience – minimal 8 years as a Senior Estate Manager or Plantation Manager in a multinational company. Indonesia & overseas work experience is an advantage
• Will direct report to General Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Effective management of the designated plantation by good agronomy practices and internal plantation policies and ensuring the maintenance of inefficient agricultural conditions, whilst ensuring the plantation operations are carried out to achieve the yield targets, business plans, and budgets set for the SPU
• To manage the plantation under his supervision by good agronomy practices and internal plantation policies and ensure its maintained in good agricultural conditions
• To ensure that plantation operations are carried out in a manner that objectives, yield targets, and business plans are met
• To inculcate a performance-driven culture among the plantation workforce, whilst achieving the highest levels of efficiencies/productivity on all levels of operations
• To ensure at all times are sufficient labor as per the ratio to ensure that agronomic operations are carried as scheduled.
• To ensure harvesting and dispatching of crop carried out in accordance to the regular time intervals in an effective efficient manner
• To implement plantation related activities such as fertilizing, weeding and other related planting programs during the scheduled time periods as recommended
• Improve control systems in the estate and ensure the minimization of wastages and losses
• Ensure the proper allocation and utilization of labour, estate vehicles and other equipment to obtain the optimum levels of productivity
• Coordinate and ensure efficient planning of resources in Labour, Fertilization, and civil infrastructure matters
• Monitor the effectiveness of training at the estate /company level and ensure the maximum ROI
• Ensure the resource planning is done in an efficient manner to accommodate the seasonal variations affecting plantations
• Effective implementation of all relevant EHS policies, procedures and SOP’s and ensure the adherence and compliance of requirements by all employees, service providers, and any other third-party contractor

3. Senior Manager – ESG Compliance & Certification

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety Science.
• More than 5 years or more in senior position within sustainability department and palm oil industry.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral & written).
• Extensive practical experience in implementing local and international sustainability standards (ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, etc.).
• Experience in managing community and labour related matters.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on and results-driven management style.
• Stakeholder management skills and experience.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and implementational skills.
• Lead and involve in conservation and climate change project with successfully.
• Has experience in Oil Palm Plantation Company

Job Descriptions :

• To develop Environment, Climate & Conservation, Health and Safety system including strategy, procedure, implementation and monitoring of performance and to ensure all business performance meet good EHS practices and recognized national/international standard such as ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000/SMK3, PROPER evaluation and RSPO/ISPO while also looking innovative ways to continuously improve the performance.
• The position holder is also responsible in monitoring, identifying non – conformances and recommends to ensure that all business operations and processes of all business units are in line with the corporate values, policies, and conformances with good corporate practices.

4. Internal Audit Assistant

Job Descriptions :

• Discuss and agree with the Manager on the Audit area and carryout audits according to the plan on timely manner and report on issues identified
• Review and understand policies/procedures in place and then carry on compliance audit on same on a rational basis and report on exceptions
• Assist the Manager to collect and updates sufficient data for audit procedure
• Drafting the initial reports for the review of Manager
• Carrying out the necesarry analysis and collect objective evidence for issues/exceptions identified

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in upstream oil palm plantation/mill audits
• Able to communicate in English language
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan site (Sepaku – Paser Penajam Utara)

5. Assistant – Mechanical Engineering

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
• At least 3 years of working experience, handling central workshop, mini workshop and maintenance all units in palm oil company.
• Willing to work in Kotawaringin Timur – Kalteng.

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to the Workshop Manager for all workshop operational activities.
• Mastering the major and minor repair process (overhaul engine, transmission, hydraulic, etc).
• Planning and supervising the maintenance and repair process of the unit.
• Supervising all mechanical activities.
• Controlling and checking the demand, stock and quality of spare parts.
• Have good communication and leadersip skills.

6. Assistant Manager GPS

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from Geodetic Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years experience handle survey and mapping in palm oil plantations company.
• Good leadership and experience manage team.
• Able to operating Total Station, GPS RTK, Water pas, Theodolite, and Drone.
• Willing to be placed in Seruyan – Central Kalimantan.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist GPS Manager to handling GPS Service.
• Planted and unplanted mapping (Block master and hectare statement).
• Infrastructure mapping for all company, such as bridge and culvert, footbrides, road network, housing and building.
• Create BAPP mapping for contractor payment.
• Support GRTT mapping and land compensation.

8. Assistant Manager Accounting for Plasma

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Oil Palm Plantation Company.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to be placed at Oil Palm Plantation Company in Ketapang, West Kalimantan.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in compiling/amalgamate Plasma Project, Cash Flow and Presented to Management.
• Coordinate Amalgamation of Monthly Financial Statement for all Koperasi.
• Presentation of Financial Statements to Koperasi.
• Monitoring and inform the Business Plan activities vs Actual with the Koperasi.
• Assist in arranging Bank Plasma Financing for SPU with Plasma Project.
• Arrange and Coordinate External Audit for all Koperasi and liaise with external auditors.
• Arrange and Coordinate monthly Finance and Operations meetings with all Koperasi.

9. Senior Assistant – Plantation

Kualifikasi :

• Minimum S1 Agriculture
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Assistant Plantation
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Nabire PAPUA

Uraian pekerjaan :

• Untuk secara langsung bertanggung jawab atas geng-geng buruh, mengawasi kinerja kerja mereka sehari-hari dan bahwa tugas yang diberikan diselesaikan dalam waktu yang dialokasikan.
• Untuk memantau kehadiran para pekerja dan jumlah panenan dan menyimpan catatan mereka.
• Untuk memastikan bahwa semua tanaman yang dipanen dikumpulkan, dimuat dan diangkut dengan benar ke pabrik, dan menjaga koordinasi yang baik dengan personel pabrik.
• Untuk secara teratur memeriksa pertumbuhan perkebunan dan mengambil tindakan perbaikan untuk mencegahnya dari penyakit dan bahaya alam lainnya.
• Untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi pemupukan diterapkan sesuai rekomendasi GRDC
• Untuk memastikan putaran circle dan path diimplementasikan sesuai program.
• Koordinasi operasi lapangan dan supervisi kegiatan seperti pemanenan, pengumpulan buah jatuh, pengangkutan TBS, pemupukan, penyiangan, pemangkasan dan kegiatan lapangan lainnya.

10. Plantation Manager

Requirements :

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
• Placement in East Kalimantan site (Sepaku – Paser Penajam Utara)
• Willing to work in remote area/location
