1. Graphic Design

General Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field is essential.
• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in a digital design, visual design, and motion video in Beauty Industry.
• Proficient in motion video and graphic design tools, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills, showcasing the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP

2. Content Creator

General Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Proven min. 1 year of working experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of Tiktok, Instagram trends and social media algorithms, with the ability to create engaging ad content.
• Creative in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
• Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics.
• Excellent writing & editing skills.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of beauty trends.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP.

3. KOL Specialist

General Requirements :

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field is essential.
• Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL Specialist or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
• Experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in beauty industry.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problemsolving.
• Enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.
• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
• Have a huge database of KOL.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP

4. Brand Activation

General Requirements :

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field is essential.
• Proven min. 1 year of working experience as Brand Activation/Account Executive.
• Must have experiences in handling offline and online events.
• Have a wide networking.
• Target oriented.
• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills, showcasing the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and proventrack record of consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP.

5. Product Development

General Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Pharmacy
• Proven min. 1 year of working experience specialized in Product Development or equivalent.
• Having strong brief about Beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of Beauty ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP

6. Host Live Stream

General Requirements :

• Male and females with a minimum of a high school education.
• Proven min. 6 months of working experience in live streaming or hosting, with proficiency on platforms such as Tiktok, Tokopedia, Shopee Live and others.
• Willing to work with a shift system.
• Good speaking skills and attractiveness in front of the camera.
• Experience in Beauty Industries / FMCG company will be a plus.
• Target oriented.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP
