Lowongan Kerja PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk

1. Senior Business Administration

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferrable from Business Administration with GPA min. 3.00 of 4.00
• Have min. 5 years working experience in handling document legal, tender or sales administration staff
• Have experience in checking, evaluate, and organizing compliance checks the contract drafts with the aim of supporting all internal company legalities and business cooperation to applicable rules, standards and policies
• Responsive, attention to detail, and have a good communication skill English literate both writing and speaking
• Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan

Job Description :

• Support Sales team in document preparation and maintenance (include tender administration) and coordinate with related parties (internal, clients, finance, and legal teams) if needed.

2. Hr Operational Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have minimum 2 years experiences as Employee Service
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Have good planning & organizing in administration task Familiar with HRIS System is an advantage
• Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

• Monitoring and process of any employee data (personal details, employment status, leaves types, healthcare benefit, etc.) according to company procedures, BAST procedures by ensuring the data privacy and compliance with data retention policy.

3. Business Executive

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles
• Familiarity with CX (especially customer interaction related technology Al, Chatbot), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and sales enablement technologies
• Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan

Job Description

• Approach new client and conduct business appointment to introduce company services that may support client’s business growth, fully understanding their needs, and maintaining existing client.

4. Manager Organizational Development & Learning

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in Manager OD / Learning or both Have good communication & interpersonal skills to coordinate with external and internal teams
• Able to manage a team as a good leader
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

• Support organizational and employee development through various initiatives (Training and Development programs, Work Load Analysis, Job Description, Organizational Structure, Performance Appraisal, etc.) designed in accordance with applicable rules and policies.

5. Collection Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Economics, Accounting or Management
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Collection role are welcome to apply
• Have at least 1 year of experiences working in Collection role are preferable
• Communicative, persuasive, able to negotiate, disciplined, consistent, and neat work results
• Able to speak and write fluently in English is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description :

• Monitoring AR outstanding, collecting AR outstanding, creating AR outstanding & AR collection reports.

6. Software Developer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Information Technology
• Fresh Graduate with internship experiences in Developer role are welcome to apply
• Have knowledge or experiences in JavaScript, Typescript, NodeJS or other JavaScript based framework is an advantage
• Familiar working with databases (SQL) Experience with Git and version control system Have knowledge of API Development and integration system.
• Experience with Linux, DevOps or Cloud Platform is plus
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

• Developing & maintaining end-to-end software solution (write clean, scalable, efficient code across various platforms and technologies, fix bugs, etc.) also participate in the design and architecture of software systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability by work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
