Lowongan Kerja PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk

1. Team Leader – Accounting

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelo’s Degree with major in Accounting
• Have minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader or equivalent role
• Familiar working with the latest tax regulations and PSAK
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Good analytical skills, able to work multiple task simultaneously and have a fast response
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan

Job Description :

• Monitor and ensure all company’s accounting, financial report, and taxation process are in accordance with on going regulations through; oversee the performance of Accounting team, verify completeness of the audit documents, prepare financial reports, provide solutions to the Sales team regarding the implementation of company operational standards that are yet in accordance to compliance, in order to maintain the transparency and credibility of company’s financial reports.

2. Team Leader – Creative Design

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design Graphics, Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Multimedia major or a related field
• Having experience at least 10 years in creative design field, such as creating key visuals, motion graphics, and videos
• Proficiency in graphic design, video editing & motion graphics software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe  Premiere, After Effect, and more
• Ability to conceptualize creative visuals and videos that align with the project’s goals and lead the Creative Design Specialists to execute it properly
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, manage the team, and conduct a skillful hands-on for Creative Design Specialists to ensure the design results are of good quality
• Possess a good interpersonal skill to collaborate well with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing team to find innovative solutions for every challenge and adapt the designs
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description :

• Conduct quality check and ensure for all project related to visuals and videos and ensure everything is executed properly according to the user’s requirements with good aesthetics but without breaking the rules in the Brand Guideline dan Corporate Identity narratives, and also work with Creative Design Specialists, Corporate Communications, and Digital Marketing team to produce creative design

3. Finance Account Payable

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Accounting
• Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, disciplined, team-oriented, and communicative
• Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

• Responsible for recording expense journal entries based on complete and valid supporting documents, monitoring outstanding advances to ensure settlements are completed within two months, and reconciling outstanding accounts payable with vendors.

4. Risk & Quality Assurance Officer (Internal Control & Sop Development)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or other related field.
• Have minimum 3 years work experiences in Internal Control, SOP development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in SOP development and implementation is a must.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and risk management.
• Good analytical skills, strong communication, and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be placed at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

• Develop SOPs by analyzing and understanding business processes across all units, identifying areas for improvement, assessing risks and internal controls, supporting the review of procedures within their authority, and regularly managing the SOP database to ensure all required clauses are fulfilled according to the business scope while acting as a controller for SOP management in the company and its subsidiaries.

5. Accounting Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Have 1-2 years of experience as Accounting Officer or Junior Auditor
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta

Job Description

• Verifying documents, posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate financial reporting; preparing and documenting tax records, reconciling accounts, and identifying outstanding data; supporting external audits by providing necessary information; reviewing and scheduling sales and COGS recognition for periodic transactions; and maintaining well-organized and complete softcopy files

6. Warehouse Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with any major
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Have working or internship experience as Warehouse Inbound or Outbound is an advantageous
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Have good planning & organizing skills
• Willing to be placed in Jurumudi, Tangerang

Job Description

• Organize the placement of products, perform stock-taking of goods, and ensure that the process of the products are met with the administrative (PO, Road Letter, etc.) until the products have been issued to be shipped on schedule.
