Lowongan Kerja PT Anzawara Satria (a Coal Mining)

1. Cost Controller

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control or Engineering within the mining industry, preferably coal mining.
• Proven experience in managing heavy equipment operational costs and technical projects.
• Strong understanding of coal mining processes, heavy equipment productivity calculations, and site operations.
• Solid knowledge of fuel consumption, cycle time, equipment utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problemsolving, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan (roster systemavailable)

2. Coal Quality Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or Geology.
• At least 3 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in a coal mining company.
• Possess a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
• Have strong knowledge of coal characteristics, sampling, laboratory analysis, and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent in stockpile management and blending processes.
• Target-oriented, with good analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan (roster systemavailable).

3. Mineplan Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coal mining as a Mineplan Supervisor.
• Must possess a valid Class 2 Blasting Certificate (KJL2).
• POP certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mine planning processes, mine design, scheduling, and reserve estimation.
• Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Minex, etc.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mining, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan (roster systemavailable)

4. ERT (Emergency Response Team)

Requirements:

• Associate Degree (D3) in Nursing, Public Health/ OHS.
• At least 2 years of experience as an ERT in a coal mining environment.
• Possess valid ERT training certificates from Basarnas (e.g., Basic SAR, First Aid, etc.), Basic OHS, Firefighting, and Disaster Management.
• Have good knowledge of emergency procedures, evacuation, first aid, etc.
• Proficient in using emergency equipment such as SCBA (SelfContained Breathing Apparatus), stretchers, and firefighting tools.
• Physically and mentally fit, able to work under pressure.
• Have good communication and decision-making skills.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan (roster system available).

5. Community Development & External Affairs (CDEA) Supervisor

Requirements:

• Must posses at least Bachelor Degree majoring International Relations/Communication Science/Social and Political Science.
• Min 4 years working experience as a CDEA Supervisor.
• Experience in Mining Industry is a must
• Excellent in communication, Ms. Office and analytical thinking skill.
• Experience in budgetting, create development programs, ensure the implementation of RIPPM and CSR programs in the IUP Area.
• Willing to be placed in Angsana, South Kalimantan (Roster)

6. Geotech Engineer

Requirements :

• Must posses at least Bachelor’s degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 1 year working experiences as a Geotechnic Engineer in coal mining industry.
• Competent in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models.
• Proficient in operating software such as Slide/Phase2, Minescape, and GeoStudio Slope W.
• Possess POP/POM Certificate.
• Willing to be placed in Angsana, South Kalimantan (Roster)

7. Data And Mine Analyst

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mine Engineering, Geologist or related fields.
• Have 2 years working experience as a Data and Mine Analyst/Database Geologist or related
• Excellent in Ms. Office and familiar with MySQL, Tableu, Power BI
• Experience in manage data about Coal Productivity, OB, Coal Getting,
• Hold POP certificate
• Willing to be placed in Angsana, South Kalimantan (Roster)

8. Coal QC Officer

Requirements :

• Must posses at least Bachelor degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering.
• Min 3 years working experience as Coal Quality Officer.
• Have a good knowledge in coal sampling theory, resource estimation and mine reconciliation.
• Having ability to operate Mine Application Software (Minescape, Minex, Spry)
• Have a good commucication and analytical thinking skills.
• Having POP Certificate
• Willing to be placed in Angsana, South Kalimantan (Roster)
