AMFG merupakan produsen flat glass dan safety glass terbesar di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Jangkauan produk mereka mencapai Indonesia, Asia, Australia, Selandia Baru, Timur Tengah, Amerika Serikat, Eropa, dan Afrika. PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. didirikan pada tahun 1971. Perusahaan tersebut sempat beroperasi dengan nama PT Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd. sebelum berganti nama menjadi PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. pada bulan Juni 1998. Saat ini AMFG dimiliki oleh Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., PT Rodamas, dan kooperasi. Perusahaan ini merupakan induk dari PT Auto Glass Indonesia (AGI) yang berfokus pada penggantian dan jasa reparasi automotive safety glass.

Produk utama AMFG adalah flat glass berwarna, reflektif, dan kaca cermin yang digunakan di gedung-gedung bertingkat dan sebagai bahan baku untuk industri hilir. Sementara automotive glass yang diproduksi perusahaan meliputi tempered glass dan kaca laminasi yang digunakan dalam industri otomotif. AMFG memperkenalkan proses laminasi safety glass pada tahun 1985. Produksi laminated glass dimulai pada tahun 1994. Selama tahun 1997, AMFG memulai tahap pertama dalam pengembangan pabrik safety glass di Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Cikampek, Jawa Barat. Produksi komersial sendiri dimulai pada tahun 1999.

1. Corporate Secretary

Job Description :

• Ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Organising and attending board and shareholders’ meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
• Serving as the primary point of contact for shareholders, the public, and regulatory bodies
• Managing the company’s corporate records and statutory filings
• Providing advice and guidance to the Board of Directors on governance best practices
• Overseeing the company’s communication and disclosure policies
• Coordinating the company’s Annual General Meeting and other key events

Qualification :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar governance role
• Strong understanding of corporate law, making annual report, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Board, senior management, and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with corporate secretarial software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A relevant university degree, preferably in law, business, or a related field

2. MT MIS Web Programming Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibility :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web-based applications using a full-stack approach
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using the latest web technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist in the deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of web applications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our web-based systems

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development, with a strong background in full-stack technologies (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python)
• Experience with popular web frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel, Django)
• Understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and web application security
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

3. MT Sales & Marketing (Building Glass)

Job Responsibility :

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote the company’s building glass products
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, and developers
• Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to assist customers in selecting the right solutions
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the building and construction industry
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform the company’s sales and marketing initiatives
• Generating and analysing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance

Qualification :

• Relevant experience in sales or marketing within the building materials or construction industry
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Civil Engineering, Management, Marketing, or any related fields .
• Minimum GPA : 3.00
• Having skills in Negotiation, Communication, Marketing, Sales, Preferable have skill Microsoft Excel for maintain database.
• Able to communicate fluently in English. (Mandarin is a plus aspect to consider)

4. MT Logistic/ Packing Management

Job Responsibility :

• Manage and coordinate all logistics or packing activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
• Bachelor degree from reputable university/ institute
• Maximum 29 years old
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
• Have experience in logistic and warehousing
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory management and warehouse operations
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any logistical bottlenecks or issues
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve the logistics and packing processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics and packing professionals

Qualification :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar logistics or packing management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

5. MT Mechanical Maintenance

Job Responsibility :

• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
• Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
• Running Mechanical control system
• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
• Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
• Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes

Job Responsibility :

• Providing administrative support to the HR, General Affairs, and Facility Management departments
• Assisting with the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Responsible for waste disposal management
• Support Foreign employment documents
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Able to coordinate with people who live around the factory/neighbourhood
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure disciplinary & compliance throughout human resource management
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
