Lowongan Kerja – PT Auraluxe Indonesia merupakan distributor eksklusif untuk merek parfum khusus, mewah, dan massal beserta merek kosmetik/perawatan kuku/rambut & Spa.
Dengan luas gudang sekitar 400 meter persegi & platform logistik nasional, PT Auraluxe Indonesia merupakan satu-satunya distributor yang hadir di semua saluran distribusi nasional di Indonesia yang mendistribusikan Parfum dan Kosmetik di 712. Kami bekerja sama dengan pengecer terkenal sebagai saluran distribusi utama kami, seperti: Sogo, Metro, Centro, Matahari, dll. untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan kami.

Lowongan Kerja PT Auraluxe Group Indonesia

 

 

1. Supply Chain Management

Qualifications
  • S1, preferably Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Male/Female, max 35 years old
  • Experienced in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Data Analysis
  • Placement: Sunter Agung, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions
  • Create the company’s supply chain strategy
  • Analyze data product from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
  • Resolve issues that come up (delays in delivery, accidents)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth especially with IT
  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
  • Manages the order fulfillment process for B2B & B2C including all activities from receipt of the order to complete delivery of products to customers

 

2. Sosial Media Officer

Qualifications
  • Female, max 35 yo
  • S1, preferably Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experienced in Photoshop, Tiktok, Canva, Capcut and Instagram
  • Placement: Sunter Agung, North Jakarta City
Job Descriptions
  • Develop social media campaigns and media relations strategies
  • Send communication to customer database about promotion and advertisement (e.g whatsapp blast, email blast)
  • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
  • Prepare and distribute press releases
  • Organize Social Media events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Address inquiries from the media and other parties
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
  • Prepare and submit Social Media reports
  • Update customers database

 

3. Admin Officer

Qualifications
  • Female, max 35 yo
  • S1, preferably Management / Marketing / Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position is preferred
  • Preferably Employees (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in retail companies.
  • Experience in Admin Marketing – Finance
  • Experience in Retail Admin creating POs, Sales Orders, Invoices, Inputting In and Out data

Job Descriptions
  • Sales Document Process (Sales Order and Sales Invoice)
  • Input and recap sales and collection data
  • Create Submission and Payment Documents
  • Checking Daily Turnover, Petty Cash, recap banks, Deposits, Letters of Agreement, marketing and promotional activities.
  • Have high work discipline, and always enthusiastic
  • Fluent in English would be an advantage

 

4. Admin HR

Qualifications
  • S1, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Female, max 30 yo
  • 1 year of experience in the appropriate field for this position is preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Descriptions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing paperwork, creating expenses, budget reports and handling other office procedures.
  • Distribution of paper works, creation of minutes of meetings and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and support other HR Team members as needed.

 

5. Beauty Advisor

Qualifications
  • Female, max 30 yo
  • Physically and spiritually healthy
  • Neat appearance
  • Can communicate well
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field can be beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with beauty products and services is a plus
  • Willing to be placed at Soekarno Hatta International Airport
  • Have knowledge in the retail sector for at least 1 year
  • Fluent in English would be an advantage
  • Placement: Jobedetabek

 

6. Warehouse Helper

Qualifications
  • Min. High school degree
  • Age 24-28 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Administration
  • Able to operate Computer, a good understanding of MS Office applications is necessary.
  • Able to work in a team
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Shipment of products to places as required.

7. Internal Auditor

Qualifications
  • Male, max 35 yo
  • S1 in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Stok Opname, or a related field Diligent, Honest, Thorough
  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems, including audit management tools and data analysis programs
  • Placement: Sunter Agung, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions
  • Carrying out checks (stock taking) of company goods;
  • Carry out a written recap of the results of the check (stock taking);
  • Reporting the discovery of lost items.
  • Make store visits
