Lowongan Kerja – PT Cavron Global Indonesia merupakan bagian dari Longhi Group perusahaan pendahulunya yang didirikan pertama kali di Denmark pada Tahun 2001 dan baru masuk ke Indonesia pada tahun 2010 di Manado Indonesia sebagai PT Cavron Global Indonesia pertama. Perusahaan ini memproduksi Briket BBQ berkualitas dengan memanfaatkan batok kelapa lokal serta bahan sisa lainnya dan tanpa menggunakan bahan kimia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Cavron Global Indonesia (Longhi Group)

1. Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring Accounting, Finance and Tax reports.
• Compile and prepare the Company’s financial statements.
• Responsible for and manage the daily operations of the Company’s finance, accounting, taxation & auditing.
• Ensure that the journal compiled is correct before posting to the system.
• Ensuring the Correctness of the Value explanation in the Financial Statements.
• Responsible for SP2DK and KPP Field Audit.
• Helps check compliance, accuracy in tax calculations, financial reporting and audits.
• Monthly reconciliation of all ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly & annual reports of tax returns, VAT, and report Income Tax 4(2), 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29 and VAT.
• Conduct journaling related to monthly closing.
• Reporting the Annual Tax Return at the DGT online.
• Risk Control. 13. Analyzing the company’s tax obligations.
• Responsible for the filing of financial and tax documents on a regular basis properly and correctly.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education (Accounting or Financial Management).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Accounting & Tax and maximum 40 years old.
• Understanding and updating the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Have an understanding and logic in the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies.
• Able and willing to learn new things, firm, innovative, independent and able to work in a team.
• Have a strong leadership and analytical spirit.
• Able to work quickly, thoroughly, proactively, detailed, and able to analyze well.
• Understanding financial statements and taxation.
• Can use Accounting Software & Tax Software (espt, etc.).
• Mastering the tax system (efaktur, DGT online).
• Understand issues related to taxation or tax laws, examples of VAT & Income Tax.
• Understand the presentation of financial statements according to PSAK, Cost Accounting and flow. 13.
• Knowing the Taxation of Income Tax 21, 25, 22, 23/26, 4 paragraph 2, VAT. Brevet A and B certificates are preferred.
• Understand using ERP, and other accounting software.
• Detail-oriented and data accuracy.
• Location: Pasuruan

2. IT – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support across Microsoft 365 services, hardware, software, and network systems.
• Research and develop improvements to the current IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discuss ongoing IT projects, troubleshoot issues and plan future initiatives.
• Play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects

Skills Required

• Proven experience with M365, including system administration.
• Skills in mobile device management.
• Ability to provide general IT support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate closely on projects.

Nice to Have

• MS Certifications in Microsoft 365.

3. IT – Enterprise System

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain production Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Develop and update Business Central Item Cards and Production Routings to meet production requirements.
Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in the design, configuration, and upkeep of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and scripting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing production control processes.
• Familiarity with inventory control and replenishment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to offer effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to train and support team members effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with occasional pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

4. Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Create and develop 2D & 3D engineering drawings for mechanical components and sheet metal.
• Supporting the product planning and development process from the design stage to production.
• Revise images according to feedback from the production or engineering team..
• Collaborate with production, QC, and purchasing teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
• Create and be responsible for Item Numbers and B.O.M (Bill of Material) in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Create Installation Manuals, Product Manuals, Product Sheets, and other technical documents.
• Ensure the design conforms to manufacturing standards and production efficiency.
• Completing other engineering-related work that the company needs.

Qualification

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar field (engineering, mechanical drafting. sheet metal drafting).
• Master CAD software, such as Onshape, SketchUp, Blender, or similar.
• Understand the manufacturing process, especially the fabrication, bending, and welding process of sheet metal.
• Able to read and create detailed engineering drawings.
• Have knowledge of materials and engineering tolerances.
• Understand the workflow and integration of PDM, PLM, and ERP systems in the management of technical data and production processes.
• Disciplined, meticulous, and able to work independently and in a team..
• Communicative and used to working within tight deadlines.
• Location: Pasuruan

Added Value (plus if owned)

• Experience using PDM/PLM software.
• Have worked with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, or the like for production. or purchasing processes.
• Able to make simple simulations or analyses (FEA).
• Familiar with engineering standards (ISO, JIS, etc.).
• Work experience in a manufacturing company or fabrication workshop.
• Able to understand the relationship between data: part number, drawing, revision control, to production routing.
