Lowongan Kerja – Dream Plastic Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur dari unit Dream Group International Limited yang berdiri di BIP (Batang Industrial Park) saat ini terdiri dari 35 anak perusahaan di seluruh Korea, Hong Kong, Singapura, AS, Tiongkok, Vietnam, Jepang dan Indonesia. Dream Group bergerak dibidang industri Kain, Mainan Anak, Terpal, dan Die casting.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Dream Plastic Indonesia

1. QA/QC Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree in Finance/Accountany or equivalent.
• Having 3 years experience in the same field
• Understand Quality Management Standards methods such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM
• Understand the theory and implementation of QC 7 Tools, ISO 9001, 5S, and HSE
• Mastering BSCI, FCCI, SMETA, RBA, GSV/CTPAT and audit process
• Have a leadership spirit, are proactive, and are target-oriented
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java

Job Desc :

• Supervise, guide, and corporate with QC & QA Staff
• Ensuring raw material, production process and product finish good conformity with procedure and requirement
• Handling customer complain
• Maintaining laboratory instruments and calibration

2. GL Accounting Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree in Finance/Accountany or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years experience as Accounting Staff in the related field will be prefered.
• Be familiar accurate program. Be familiar with SAP or Oracle will be preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Tax.
• Good communication skills in English (will be added value)
• Good computer skills, especially Ms. Office (Excel) & accounting software/application.
• Strong analytical, detail and good interpersonal.
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java

Job Desc :

• Validate All Document Export agree with Sales Amount Book Keeping in the system
• Manage Fixed Asset of Company
• Create Monthly Journal Closing
• Maintain Detail Balance Sheet
• Prepare Costing Report

3. Mandarin Translator

Requirements :

• Min Education High School, Diploma in Chinese Literature or relevant.
• Able to speak in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a must
• Able to operate MS. Office especially MS. Excel
• Ability to work in teams or independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing be placed in Batang, Central Java.

Job Desc :

• Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian – Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
• Support all administrative works
• Ready and willing participate in all management activities
• Manage and have good communication with user in mandarin (written and spoken)
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

4. Operational Exim Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree
• Experienced in the same position at least 1 year, especially in the field of Export Import
• Understand the flow of documentation and Procedural Export and Import
• Mastering Formulas and Functions in Microsoft Excel
• Has English skill (written and speaking) is preferred
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java

Job Desc :

• Handle moving container on the field for export, import, local trucking
• Seal export container & open container import with warehouse
• Get signature for each bonded zone document and get signature
• Take picture for each export, import, local loading, unloading process and filling on computer
• Coordinate with courrier such DHL, FedEx and UPS for export & import sample on the field

5. Internal Auditor

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree
• Having min 1 year experience as internal auditor or QMS
• Mastering QMS, ISO 9001:2015, SMETТА, СТРАТ, BSCI, FCCA, laws and regulations
• Understand and able to create SOP, document flows and WI
• Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Fluent in English both written and speaking
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

Job Desc :

• Make SOP, Work Instructions for company needs
• Conduct process internal audit and supplier audit QMS coordinator
