Lowongan Kerja PT Duta Abadi Primantara

1. Hardware Staff

Requirements :

• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknologi Informasi atau yang relevan.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang yang sama (terbuka untuk fresh graduate).
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang

You will responsible for :

• Mengelola dan memelihara sistem operasi Linux dan Windows di lingkungan kerja.
• Mengelola infrastruktur virtualisasi (VMware, Proxmox, dan lain-lain) serta layanan cloud.
• Mengatur dan memastikan jaringan berfungsi dengan baik, termasuk konfigurasi router, switch, dan perangkat jaringan lainnya.
• Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, serta pemeliharaan database seperti MySQL dan PostgreSQL.
• Menangani troubleshooting terkait sistem operasi Linux, Windows, dan jaringan.
• Melakukan instalasi, backup, dan recovery database sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan penyelesaian masalah teknis.

2. Learning Specialist

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from any major.
• Having min. 3-4 years experiences in the same field, especially in Manufacture industry. Max age 35 years old.
• Having experience as a Trainer.
• Having a good public speaking and analytical thinking skills.
• Able to use Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point).
• Having a SIM A driving license is a plus.
• Palcement in Tangerang

You will responsible for :

• Entire training process.
• Carrying out the evaluation of training and learning process.
• Coordinate with divisions/departments related to the implementation of Training Need Analysis.
• Create training reports and analysis.

3. Human Capital & General Affairs Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the same field.
• Strong leadership skills and good communication abilities.
• Able to analyze office facility needs.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Setiabudi, Jakarta.

You will responsible for :

• Able to create work procedures for inspection and facility maintenance.
• Able to prepare asset reports and company cost burdens for monthly budget meetings.
• Knowledgeable about the process for extending vehicle registration (STNK) and vehicle inspection (KIR).
• Understands the process for handling building permits and company utilities.

4. Procurement Manager

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree form any major.
• Having experiences as Procurement Manager for 3-5 years.
• Having a good knowledge of Import.
• Having good understand of cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business.
• Can maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

You will responsible for :

• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
• Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary.
• Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable.

5. Finish Good Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or Equivalent.
• Having minimum of 3-4 years of experiences in a related field.
• Required skills: planning management, delivery management, and warehouse management.
• Experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

You will responsible for :

• Coordinate the schedule of DC staff to ensure deadlines are met within the area of responsibility.
• Monitor, train, and evaluate new and existing DC staff.
• Manage appropriate inventory levels within the system.
• Lead distribution activities including scheduling, distribution flow, loading, and shipping consumer products.
• Manage warehouse activities.
• Oversee the preparation of documents for sending to other departments/shipments.

6. PPIC – Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, or Equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Warehouse position.
• Good understanding of Racking warehouse, multi SKU, MHE operational (forklift, reach truck, etc), Multi Sloc Location Warehouse.
• Understand 5R & Safety.
• Strong administration skill.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

You will responsible for :

• Coordinate and ensure activities related to the receiot, storage and expenditure of products including the administration run smoothly and safely.
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
• Responsible for maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness at WH working location.
• Running the implementation of quality management system.
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from team lader to section head.

7. Production Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Factory Manager.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and overseeing production management
• Have knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
• Familiarty with manufacturing software and other technology tools used in production management
• Placement in Samarinda

You will responsible for :

• Overseeing all aspects of production within the bedding and mattress manufacturing facility
• Manage daily production operations and ensure that production shedules are met
• Collaborate with the QC team to initiate corrective actions and continuously improve quality processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all saftey regulations and manufacturing standards to provide a safe working environment for employees

8. Logistic Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related field for this position.
• Required skills: planning management, delivery management, and warehouse management.
• Experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
• Placement in Pekanbaru

You will responsible for :
