Lowongan Kerja PT Duta Intiguna Yasa (MR DIY)

 

 

1. Learning & Development Assistant Manager (Warehouse)

  • Experience Required : 3 years in Learning & Development (preferably within a warehouse setting), with experience in budget management.
  • Working location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage the training programs for our warehouse operations.
  • Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of these training initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on training outcomes and program performance.

 

2. Learning & Development Senior Supervisor

  • Experience Required : 3 years in Learning & Development, with experience in budget management.
  • Working location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the Management Training (MT) program to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop personalized development programs based on individual needs.
  • Deliver training modules to participants and ensure the successful transfer of knowledge.

 

3. Learning & Development Supervisor (LMS)

  • Experience Required: 3 years in Learning & Development, with experience in creating content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Working location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and making content for our LMS.
  • Manage and maintain the LMS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization and its users.
  • Ensure the effective use of the LMS in delivering training and tracking progress.

 

4. HR Assistant Manager

Job Description :

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and data with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and payments, following regulations.
  • Create and enforce HR policies that align with company goals.
  • Follow local employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR tasks like managing the HR system, leave programs, and staff files.
  • Assist with performance reviews and make sure they are consistent.
  • Be the main contact for hiring managers, helping with recruitment needs.
  • Lead the entire recruitment process from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
  • Handle mandatory training, including scheduling and tracking certificates.
  • Address staff grievances and disciplinary issues fairly.
  • Take care of other HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, with experience setting up an HR function a plus.
  • Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talent, especially for blue-collar positions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with employees and work well with business leaders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hard-working.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., applicant tracking, payroll, and analytics tools) is a plus.
  • Working location : Jakarta & Semarang

 

5.  HR Operational Sr. Executive (HRIS Administration)

Job Description :

  • Managing employee administrative processes, including the integration of new employees into the HRIS system.
  • Responsible for handling documents related to employees, such as employment contracts, extensions, and other administrative documents.
  • Storing and managing employee archives in accordance with company policies.
  • Conducting the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation.
  • Ensuring that employee data is updated and accurate in the HRIS system.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Management/Business/Information Technology/Information Systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in handling HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies and procedures
  • Working location : Jakarta Selatan

 

6. Non Trade Procurement Manager

Job Description : 

  • Procurement Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-trade goods and services (e.g., office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, facilities management, professional services)
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in non-trade procurement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company objectives
  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
    • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier risks to ensure compliance with agreements and company standards
  • Procurement Operations:
    • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition approval, purchase order creation, and goods/services receipt
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
    • Manage and maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
  • Budget and Cost Management:
    • Track and report on procurement expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Implement best practices and innovative procurement solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs
    • Utilize procurement software and tools to automate processes and improve data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on non-trade items in a retail or similar industry. Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative environment.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to transparency and fairness

 

7. Retail Division Manager (Nusa Tenggara)

Job Description :

  • Managing several stores to achieve sales target, maintain service excellence, standardize operational store, cost control.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Retail matrix
  • Preferably Manager Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.

 

8. Retail Data Analyst Manager

Job Description :

  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Gather retail data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain organized databases and data repositories for efficient access and analysis.
  • Reporting and Presentation:
    • Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing analysis findings.
    • Communicate insights to management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other units and departments to align strategies with data-driven insights.
    • Provide support and guidance to teams in implementing recommended strategies.
  • Data Analysis:
    • SALES DATA : Identify sales performance, providing actionable recommendations.
    • UTILITY EXPENSES : Identifying optimization opportunities.
    • SALARY EXPENSES : Identifying for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
    • MANPOWER TURNOVER DATA : Understand its impact, and develop retention strategies.
    • STOCK LOSS DATA : Determine root causes and prevention strategies.
    • STOCK LEVELS : Collaborate with warehouse, ITDM, and retail teams for optimization.
    • FESTIVAL SEASON OPERATING : Analyst sales and expenses to closure or opening.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Survey and collect market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour data.
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Management / Finance / Information Technology / Information System
  • Fluent in Excel, SQL, Phyton / Power BI
  • Experience in handle market research & feasibility study
  • Good in presentation skills and reporting
