1. PPIC Staff

Job Description :

• Create schedule production planning with Hydra system and consider about delivery time and support to increase production output (reduce downtime)
• Ensure Delivery on time to customer (follow RTD and ETD)
• Update & Communicate production status vs. delivery date to customer / related departement
• Problem Solving (Communicate with Department related to ensure next action plan and delivery plan run smoothly) such as Mold issue, Material issue, handover mold issue, Machine issue, Art.doc issue, etc.
• Coordinate with PPIC Shift and Production shift Head to ensure Plan vs Actual Production, delivery urgent, hold Product, mold repair and Buffer stock status.
• Control Inventory level of Buffer Stock & Monitoring
• Prepare Production Report/Summary
• Review KPI’s regularly, Training and continues improvement

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MES or Production Planning System.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate variance analysis reports.

2. Operations & Costing Controller

Job Description :

• Monitor and analyze OEE system data for accurate tracking and reporting
• Implement production control plans to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Track and analyze product cards and time trackers for labor and process costing
• Improve production systems/software, ensuring integration with financial reporting
• Analyze machine utilization and cost structures in manufacturing operations
• Validate Product Cost Breakdowns (PCBDs) for pricing accuracy
• Provide financial insights to support cost transparency and efficiency
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
• Prepare and present periodic production and financial reports for management review
• Assist in reporting on cost accounting and production efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Mold Shop, Finance, and Management) to improve cost transparency
• Support forecasting activities related to material planning and capacity utilization

Requirements :

• Degree in Controlling, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Economics
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, or operations finance
• Strong understanding of OEE, cost structures, and production KPIs.
• Familiar with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

3. Manufacturing Systems Engineer Supervisor

Job Description :

• Administration of MES terminal computers in the MES Desktop application
• Interface between the MES project team and all involved departments
• Administration of master data in the MES system + support for all related departments
• Providing end-user trainings
• Configuration of machine signals and assignments
• Troubleshooting connection problems or MES components
• Analysis and evaluation of the data in Power BI

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from Systems Engineering, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in managing and maintaining master data in Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Excellent skills of Information Systems (ERP, MES, CRM), Ms. Excel, SQL & Power BI is a plus.
• Having basic knowledge about hydra system is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Management skill & knowledge in Lean manufacture systems
• Good on Statistic & Math

4. CMM Technician (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

Job Description :

• Operate the CMM machine, micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers and various other hand tools for measurement
• Assist Quality in dimensional inspection of product and investigations
• Create and operation for various programs
• Develop work instructions for CMM set-up
• Make quality report and time tracker report
• Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed
• Recommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implements corrective actions
• Implementation 6S at all moldshop area (base on 6S mapping Area)

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Ability to mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on a CMM machine using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of mold-making processes
• Must be accurate and precise in measurements.
• Strong knowledge of CMM machines and measurement techniques.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.

5. PPIC Head (Mold Manufacturing)

Job Description:

• Prepare Master mold manufacturing & detail each new mold project.
• Make Moldshop capacity plan.
• Budgeting for mold making (include making CBD and actual cost).
• Make all planning for Moldshop (from material preparation until Mold ready to production).
• Make all overview for the plan and actual mold making process.
• Prepare, monitoring and control all stock component of mold & tools (material, standard part, electrode, etc).
• Control the report in the Moldshop (include time tracker report).
• Make mold manufacturing achievement overview.
• Keep and maintain all Moldshop documentation .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC, Mold Manufacturing, or Tooling Production, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory control (PPIC) processes for mold manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mold-making processes, including CNC machining, EDM, grinding, and assembly.
• Familiarity with Moldshop capacity planning and Master Mold Manufacturing Scheduling.
• Ability to analyze mold manufacturing costs, including preparing CBD (Cost Breakdown) and actual cost tracking.
• Experience in material and component stock control.
• Understanding of manufacturing documentation management and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

6. Leader Production (Injection Molding)

Job Description :

• To supervise the limited production cells to achieve, output, quality and delivery as target.
• To organize the changes. Mold change, Colour change and Worker change during breaktime.
• To record production data into computer.
• To evaluate the production data. To investigate the root cause of problem and establish the corrective action, educate the worker.
• To provide materials, tools and equipment’s for production operation.
• To communicate with previous and next shift Leader delivering all information needed.
• To participate in the briefing of beginning shift and other trainings requested by company.
• To supervise 6S in the cell/ acc. to Cell layout and WI.
• To Process other work as instructed by superiors.

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Injection/Production Engineering/Production Mold)
• Understand Injection Molding and Mold, Quality Mindset, and Leadership or People Management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is a priority)

7. QC Leader

Job Description :

• Monitor the product inspection, metal detector checking and packing process.
• Lead the QC team during the shift working hours.
• Create communication between QC’s members, QC Supervisor, QC Head.
• Give information to production leader/engineering about the problems.
• Report daily data to QC Supervisor.
• Follow up the tasks related with the process if necessary and approved by a superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Injection Molding, Plastic Injection, Production Engineering, or Mold Production.
• Strong expertise in Injection Molding processes, product quality control, and leadership/people management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is preferred).
• Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Computer literate, with proficiency in relevant software/tools.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment, risk identification, and control measures.
• Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).

8. Injection Engineer

Job Description :

• Check and make sure every SOP, WI and every basic standard regulation running in the prod line and also make the continuous improvement if have some issue.
• To make the trial (mold, material, man) for any improvement.
• Check material usage, reject rate report and follow up if something not normal in the report.
• Follow up the mold’s maintenance base on the timeline and schedule.
• Daily communication with related department about the issue.
• Communication about the technical issue to the production team and monitoring the result.
• Daily report to the Superior about the situation.
• Daily collect the OEE report to make the analysis to solve the problem.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Engineering/Production Engineering)
• Understand Injection Molding and Mold (Have experience in Injection Molding company is priority)

9. Production Shift Head (Injection Molding)

Job Description :

• Shift handover: Analyze output, reject ratio, OEE and problems during shift, set counter measurements. Report / brief information to upcoming shift during the shift handover and create shift report as evidence.
• Follow the rules written in the WI in the quality management system of the company in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and safety.
• Arrange shift set up according to manpower availability, mapping by production plan, breaktime arrangement, training and official prosecution.
• Execute trainings and assessment according to official training plan to maintain and improve knowledge of employees and report results to superior.
• Monitor the quality of products during the shift to ensure they meet company standards. Follow instructions of Quality department to set counter measurements.
• Ensure production is working safe according to HSE and company regulation. Conduct regular checks to identify concerns and report to related department.
• Ensure Production is following Production schedule and planning. Communicate bottle necks and counter measurements with PPIC and lower management.
• Perform other work as instructed by superiors that within the scope of department.
