Lowongan Kerja PT Garuda Yamato Steel

1. Procurement Data Analyst

Job Descriptions

• Understand the needs and requirements of the end users and capture them into a visually appealing and user-friendly dashboard
• Identify any potential data for dashboard requirement
• Initiate and inform the concept and design of the Power Bi dashboard to the IT team in accordance with information needs for management to make decisions.
• Conduct sufficient material availability and service requirement for production needs and operational demands
• Continuously tracks and monitors the status of material orders to identify any deviations or issues and allows for timely adjustments or corrective actions
• Facilitate the efficient and accurate creation of reports in various formats, such as documents, presentations, or spreadsheets which includes information related to performance results, project updates, issues, etc. to be inform to top management and support decision- making within organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in related field.
• Previously worked at a public accounting firm is an advantage (prefer from PwC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical- thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficient in English both writing and verbal
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi

2. Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Directors
• Managing schedules and travel arrangements
• Managing the Director’s budget and expenses
• Managing company events
• Have the ability in handling high position level Executives and VIP guests.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written, verbal, and listening)
• Limited proficiency in Japanese/Fluent in Japanese is a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks at a time with tight schedules
• Good interpersonal and verbal communications skills
• Strong personality, willingness, and persistence to excel in a dynamic work environment
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• A learning by doing attitude, hands-on learning and active participation
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi

3. SAP FICO Functional

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for the SAP FICO module.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and perform the necessary SAP FICO configurations.
• Conduct data analysis and produce financial reports aligned with business needs.
• Ensure smooth integration processes between SAP FICO and other SAP modules
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field, with 3-5 years of SAP FICO experience and a background in full-cycle implementations or support projects preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including integration with MM and SD, configuration and customization expertise, financial reporting skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities for SAP FICO issues.
• Skilled in analyzing business needs, providing innovative solutions, and creating business documentation and user manuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively conveying technical and non-technical concepts and collaborating with cross-departmental teams
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Preferred: SAP FICO certification, project-based/agile team experience, and adaptability to new technologies.
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi
