Lowongan Kerja – PT Garuda Yamato Steel (GYS) merupakan perusahaan patungan yang didirikan pada tahun 2024, dibentuk melalui kolaborasi dengan investor strategis, Yamato Kogyo Co., Ltd., Siam Yamato Steel Co., Ltd., PT Hanwa Indonesia, dan PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk. Usaha ini dibangun di atas fondasi PT Gunung Raja Paksi, produsen baja terkemuka yang didirikan pada tahun 1970, dengan pabrik modern di Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. PT Garuda Yamato Steel mengkhususkan diri dalam memproduksi produk baja panjang berkualitas tinggi. 1. Procurement Admin Internship

Job Descriptions

  • Received PR services
  • Send quotation to suppliers or vendors
  • Create and submit approval for price comparison
  • Send PO to suppliers
  • Follow up the progress, arrange delivery, process and coordinate payment.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma from any major.
  • Multitasking and can work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Ms. Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Commit to internship for 6 months.
  • Willing to internship onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi

 

2. Bank Relations Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Oversee the maintenance of company bank accounts and ensure they are reconciled monthly.
  • Liaise with banks to negotiate fees, obtain funding, and manage the company’s financial services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to banking and financial transactions.
  • Resolve banking issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, or › related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management or banking relations.
  • Strong understanding of banking laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi.

 

3. Account Payable Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
  • Process backup reports after data entry.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
  • Review all documentation before it enters the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Input invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring accurate recording of amounts, dates, and vendor information.
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry to prevent financial discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented and professional.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (SAP)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi.

 

4. Account Receivable Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update filing systems for physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure all documents are filed according to the organization’s filing system and are easy to retrieve.
  • Regularly audit and update filing systems to accommodate new records, ensuring outdated or unnecessary documents are disposed of securely.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all files and records.
  • Implement security measures for managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Assist staff and management in locating and retrieving files and documents as needed.
  • Manage the check-out process for sensitive documents, ensuring they are returned and filed properly.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure all filing practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
  • Update and modify filing practices and policies as directed by management or regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a filing clerk, office administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and filing software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi.

 

5. Tax Operational Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and submit monthly tax payments of 23/26 and 4 (2)
  • Reconciliation WHT 21/26, 23/26, and 4 (2)
  • Equalization WHT 21/26, 23/26, and 4 (2)
  • Preparing Data & Document for the preparation Tax Audit by External Auditor
  • Submit the WHT Tax Slip to Vendor
  • Filling Tax Document Tax Return WHT 21/26, 23/26, 4 (2))

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Tax Operational with a minimum 1 year of experience
  • Excellent in taxation application: Ebupot Unifikasi, E-faktur, Ebupot PPh 21/26, & Eform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (SAP).
  • Detail-oriented, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a Brevet A&B certification
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi.

 

6. Tax Operational Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of Payment and Submitting Monthly Tax Return
  • Ensure that Every Payment Submission has the appropriate Income Tax Deduction
  • Equalization Vat Out vs Sales
  • Reconcile General Ledger Tax Balance
  • Preparing Data & Document for the preparation of TP Doc
  • Preparing Data & Documents for the preparation of Tax Audit by Tax Office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Tax Operational with a minimum 3 years of experience
  • Excellent in taxation application: Ebupot Unifikasi, E-faktur, Ebupot PPh 21/26, & Eform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (SAP).
  • Detail-oriented, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a Brevet A&B certification
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab.Bekasi.
