Lowongan Kerja PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk

1. Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving Quality, Yield, Production target.
• Control and make schedule for leaders and members that will be under his responsibilities

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Has minimum 3-5 years experience as Production Supervisor in STEEL PIPE
• Able to communicate in English, both written and oral are preferred
• Strong leadership and logic thinking based
• Willing to work 6 days on plant (with shifting)
• Willing to relocate and work in Cikarang, Jawa Barat

2. Permit & License Regulatory Assistant Manager

Job Description :

• Compliance Management
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements pertaining to licenses and permits.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure the organization’s compliance with all applicable regulation License and Permit Application (SNI, TKDN, Export-Import license, SIINAS LKPM)
• Coordinate and facilitate the application process for licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals through government system and/or manual process.
• Gather necessary documentation, complete application forms, and submit them to the appropriate government agencies or regulatory bodies. External Stakeholder Management
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders involved in the licensing and permitting process.
• Communicate and coordinate with these entities to address any inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain necessary approvals Compliance Audits
• Conduct periodic internal audits (i.e., quarterly basis) to assess compliance with license and permit requirements.
• Identify any gaps or areas of non-compliance and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Regulatory Changes
• Oversee updates in regulations and laws related to licensing and permitting.
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of these changes on the organization’s operations and implementing timely adjustments to ensure compliance

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Having experience with the same position 2-3 years
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in negotiation, time management, data interpretation, and policy analysis
• Ability to manage government relations and stakeholder relationships effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Work location : Cibitung, Cikarang Barat

3. HR Adminstation Internship

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology or Management (last semester or fresh graduate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office : Cibitung

4. IT Security Internship

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (last semester or freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to be placement in HO : Cibitung

5. IT Suport & Network Internship

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (last semester or freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placement in HO : Cibitung area
