Lowongan Kerja – Berdiri sejak tahun 1988, PT Halimjaya Sakti adalah pionir perusahaan yang memproduksi alas kaki dan melayani konsumen baik lokal maupun internasional. . Pada saat itu perusahaan hanya fokus pada Sandal EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate). Namun sejak 2005 perusahaan mulai memproduksi sepatu dan tipe alas kaki yang lain. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
Selain memproduksi untuk merk-merk ternama dalam negeri maupun luar negeri, PT Halimjaya Sakti juga memiliki merk-merk sendiri. Salah satunya adalah ANDO yang merupakan salah satu merk favorit di Indonesia. PT Halimjaya Sakti juga senantiasa bekerjasama dengan lisensi-lisensi ternama seperti Hello Kitty, Surfer Girl, Batman, Superman, Disney dan lain-lain untuk memproduksi merk-merk terkenal tersebut untuk pasar Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT Halimjaya Sakti
1. Marketing Export Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or global business development, preferably in the footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, international trade laws, and customs procedures.
- Proven track record in developing and executing international marketing strategies to expand brand reach in global markets.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and international entry strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills to establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, importers, and clients.
- Strong networking and communication skills, fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, production, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations.
- Familiarity with incoterms, international shipping, logistics, and documentation processes.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in participating in international trade shows and business delegations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and export-related platforms.
- Willing to be placed in Gempol – Pasuruan, East Java.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to increase global sales and market share.
- Identify and research potential international markets, analyzing demand, competition, and trends in the footwear industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Negotiate and close export sales contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws to prevent operational risks.
- Work closely with internal teams such as production, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment of international orders.
- Design and execute pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and cost structures.
- Oversee export documentation and logistics, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export permits.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights and market response.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns tailored to different international markets.
- Optimize shipping and logistics arrangements to minimize costs and prevent delivery delays.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance international client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on global footwear market trends, trade policies, and economic conditions affecting international business.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and insights to senior management on export sales, market expansion, and challenges.
2. Marketing Export Staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or logistics, preferably in the footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Basic understanding of export regulations, international trade laws, and customs procedures.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential global opportunities.
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or export management software.
- Familiarity with incoterms, international shipping, and export documentation is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and production.
- Experience in handling international client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan, East-Java.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in executing export marketing strategies to expand international sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and distributors in target regions.
- Communicate with international clients, distributors, and partners, responding to inquiries and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Assist in preparing export sales documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth delivery of export orders.
- Monitor and track shipment schedules to avoid delays and update customers accordingly.
- Support in preparing pricing proposals and negotiating with clients under the guidance of senior marketing staff.
- Maintain and update the export database, including customer records, order history, and shipping details.
- Assist in organizing and participating in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for different international markets.
- Monitor export sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve business strategies.
- Stay informed about global market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting the export business.
