Proyek PT Hastari Jaya Sentosa merupakan proyek yang memenangkan persaingan melalui tender terbuka yang diikuti oleh kontraktor sejenis tingkat nasional dan swasta.

1. HCGA Manager

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related major.
  • Minimal has 5 years of working experience as HCGA Manager.
  • Have working experience in the Construction Industry will be preferred.
  • Have good knowledge of Human Resource Management concepts and practices.
  • Understand the principles of team management, employee development, and leadership skills.
  • Have a good understanding of labor law.
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or related certification in HCGA will be preferred.
  • Willing to be assigned to Kediri on an 8:1 roster.
  • Placement. Site Office, Kediri

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and implement strategies related to Human Capital & General Affair that are aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Leading and monitoring end-to-end recruitment strategy and implementation.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and monitor the implementation of employee benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with the labor law and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor training and development programs for employees to improve skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Develop and monitoring general affairs and asset management.

 

2. HCGA Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a HCGA Supervisor.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Placement. Site Office, Kediri

Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure human capital functions are aligned with and support the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition, and the execution of people and organizational development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and effectively resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure human capital policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, BPJS, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper governance of company assets.

 

3. Human Capital Generalist

Qualification :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Capital roles.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in HR policies, payroll, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Willing to be assigned to Kediri on an 8:1 roster.
  • Placement. Site Office, Kediri

Job Descriptions :

  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and generate HR reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely acquisition of skilled talent to meet project and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

 

4. Human Capital Supervisor

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management / Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Law.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Capital roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Experience in a holding company or a multi-subsidiary organization is preferred.
  • Strong background in organization development, talent management, human capital operation, compensation & benefits, training & development, and industrial relation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

  • Design and execute organizational development strategies to optimize business performance and elevate employee engagement.
  • Lead people and organizational development initiatives, including training programs, career advancement frameworks, and leadership development strategies.
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies to build and sustain a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies in human capital policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, BPJS, and other statutory entitlements, ensuring efficiency and regulatory adherence.
