Lowongan Kerja – PT HLI Green Power merupakan sebuah perusahaan joint venture antara Hyundai Motor Group dan LG Energy Solution untuk produk EV Battery yang berlokasi di Karawang. PT HLI Green Power memproduksi aki kendaraan listrik yang ada di Indonesia. LG Energy Solution memegang 50% saham dan Hyundai Motor 25% saham di HLI Green Power. PT HLI Green Power akan menjalankan pabrik sel baterai dengan kapasitas 10 GWh per tahun, yang diharapkan dapat beroperasi pada tahun 2024.

LG Energy Solution bekerja sama dengan pemerintah Indonesia dalam sebuah proyek yang disebut Paket Besar, di mana pembuat baterai Korea Selatan, Nickel Mining, berupaya menciptakan ekosistem yang mencakup seluruh rantai nilai produksi baterai, termasuk peleburan dan produksi baterai. Proses pasca final dan kendaraan listrik. Proyek ini memenangkan sekitar 10 triliun.Anak perusahaan LG lainnya seperti LG Chem dan LX International juga merupakan bagian dari program Grand Package.

1. Quality Assurance Technician

Qualification :

• Min. SMK in Electronics, Automotive, Electrical, or Industrial fields.
• Solid understanding of vision integration system principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel formulas for data analysis.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Prior experience in machine verification is required.
• Able to join ASAP.

Job description:

• Handle internal verification process (parameter-based) for machines.
• Ensure vision machines detect correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to verify machine readiness before operation.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for Engineers and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues related to the vision system.

2. QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products and processes within our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting any issues related to materials or production. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvements in quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. This position is based in Karawang, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality.

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and proficient in using QC 7 tools
• Maximum 28 years old
• Willing to work and attend interviews in Karawang

3. Packaging Equipment Engineeer

The Packaging Equipment Engineer will ensure the maintenance, reliability, and operational efficiency of packaging machinery and systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and working with production teams to enhance machinery performance. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, hands-on experience in maintenance, and strong analytical skills, with a focus on FMCG environments and proficiency in PLC systems.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably in an FMCG company.
• Prior experience working with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn new production technologies.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and mechanical/electrical components.
• Strong analytical and engineering skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and data processing with various Excel formulas.
• Willingness to work on-site in Karawang.
• Age 25 -30 years old

Job Description:

• Ensure that packaging equipment, systems, and tools are properly maintained and operational.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on equipment and machinery as necessary.
• Identify and resolve breakdowns in packaging equipment components promptly.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on all packaging equipment.
• Lead, train, and supervise breakdown maintenance technicians.
• Review daily work orders and documentation to ensure accurate data collection.
• Provide maintenance reports and create work instructions.
• Implement preventive actions for breakdowns to avoid recurrence.
• Participate in packaging equipment setup, initial trials, and optimization activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Improve machinery reliability and overall system performance.

4. Financial Analyst Associate

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires a strong financial background and the ability to manage business planning and risk analysis. Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze profit and loss statements.

• Conduct profit and loss analysis to provide insights on financial performance and recommend improvements.
