Lowongan Kerja – PT Indah Kiat Tbk adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi pulp, kertas budaya, kertas industri dan tisu. Kegiatan usaha perusahaan dimulai dari pengolahan kayu menjadi pulp dan kertas serta pengolahan kertas bekas menjadi kertas industri.

Kami mengoperasikan dua kelompok mesin kertas; empat mesin menghasilkan kertas karton coklat / industri dan dua mesin kelas putih lainnya mengerjakan kertas karton putih berlapis. Selain memproduksi kertas, Indah Kiat Serang juga memiliki Pabrik Konversi kami sendiri yang memproduksi produk Konversi dan Kotak Lipat yang digunakan sebagai kemasan untuk berbagai macam produk. Produk kami didistribusikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk ke Asia, Amerika Utara dan Selatan, Australia, Afrika, dan juga Eropa. Kapasitas produksi tahunan agregat Mill adalah sekitar 1.700.000 metrik ton kertas karton dan 480.000 metrik ton untuk produk yang dikonversi dan kotak lipat.

Indah Kiat Serang berlaku dalam teknologi pengolahan air limbah canggih, yang mengurangi emisi dan konsumsi energi. Saat ini mengajukan pengakuan sebagai Mekanisme Pembangunan Bersih. 1. Supervisor General Affairs (GA)

Qualification :

• D3 / S1 Jurusan Pertanian atau Teknik Lingkungan
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang GA
• Memahami fasilitas dan asset management
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan penghijauan area perusahaan
• Menguasai alur dalam mengelola ATK, APD, asset perusahaan, asuransi gedung dan kendaraan
• Menguasai Ms. Office
• Memiliki komunikasi & leadership yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan stakeholder management yang baik
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Karawang Jawa Barat

2. QA/QC Specialist Instrumentation

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or related major.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QAQC project construction, espescially Instrumentation or Automation.
• Experience in pulp & paper projects will be a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Contract Based
• Placement: Karawang

3. Graduate Trainee Water Management

Qualification :

• Fresh graduates with maximum 1 year of working experience in related field
• Bachelor degree from reputable university (major in Forestry /Geodesy )
• Minimal GPA 3.00 out of scale 4.00
• Maximum age 25 years old
• The position is for full-time position
• Willing to be placed in all operational area (Sumatera & Kalimantan)

4. Public Affair/Government Relations Expert

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Public Administration, Political Science or relevant studies
• Min 10 years of relevant work experience in communication, media relations, or public relations,
• Ability to work and collaborate in team environment, including with remote team members.
• Strong judgment/decision-making skills and political acumen
• Strategic thinking, being resilient and thriving in chaos.
• Strong skills in writing, speaking, research, analysis, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• English speaker, Mandarin is a plus and preferred.
• Based in Karawang, West Java

5. Continuos Improvement Specialist

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in any major especially in Engineering / Business from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,0 (out of 4 scale).
• At least 1-3 years working experience in related field.
• Good analytical thinking, able to work both individually, teamwork, self driven and results oriented.
• Have knowledge of Kaizen Method/LEAN Manufacture/TPM implemented and basic 6S.
• Have knowledge about business analyst & product knowledge.
• Fluent in English (writing, Listening and Speaking).
• Has IT Skills and knowledge both hardware and software.

6. Warehouse Automation Engineer

Job Description:

• Implement and optimize automation systems for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Develop and streamline automated workflows for material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade automated systems, including conveyors, AGVs, robotic arms, and other automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, production, logistics) to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of new automation equipment.
• Provide training and technical support to warehouse staff on automated systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements for automated equipment.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse automation, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally within the pulp and paper sector).
• Advanced knowledge of automation technologies, including robotics, AGVs, conveyor systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in automation control systems and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting automation equipment.
• Expertise in integrating automation systems with other operational technologies.
• Solid understanding of inventory management processes and logistical operations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in automation and warehouse operations.

Job Description:

Qualification :

8. Specialist, Process Engineer (Mandarin)

Qualification :

9. Officer, HR Academy

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree with major in Engineering.
• Minimum experience 1 years in Training & Development Field.
• Adaptable, Fast Learning and Good in Time Management
• Able to organized Training & Development Event.
• Good in communication and public speaking skill.
• Strong in excel Formula (Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup, Sum, If, Average).

10. QC Technical Expert – Brown Paper

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage quality control processes in brown paper production.
• Monitor, analyze, and ensure product compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement standardized quality testing procedures for brown paper products.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality deviations.
• Generate and present detailed quality reports, analyzing trends and improvement areas.
• Provide technical expertise and training on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and environmental standards.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within the pulp and paper industry.
• Experience in brown paper production or similar paper products is essential.
• Extensive experience with quality control methodologies, testing standards, and process improvements.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), testing equipment, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with industry certifications like ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices, such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Qualification :

Qualification :

• Fluent in English is a Must.
