Lowongan Kerja – PT Indo Bhinneka Power (IBP)  adalah anak perusahaan PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. PT ITM Bhinneka Power (IBP) merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha energi baru terbarukan. Energi Baru dan Terbarukan (EBT) adalah sektor bisnis yang berkembang pesat, terutama di Indonesia yang potensi EBT-nya melimpah. Oleh karena itu, kami berusaha keras untuk memanfaatkan peluang tersebut. Saat ini ITM telah masuk pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dan sedang menjajaki Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) dan tidak menutup peluang untuk masuk ke bisnis energi terbarukan lainnya. 1. Human Resources Manager – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

• Collaborate with management, and line managers to monitor, evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of HR policies, programs, and solution deployments.
• Manage the recruitment process and ensure effective manpower utilization by aligning current issues with manpower and organizational effectiveness planning.
• Mitigate risks in critical industrial/labor relations matters, ensuring that industrial/labor relations risks are minimized, and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify the development needs of subordinates/others, determine the appropriate development methods, and ensure the performance improvement of department personnel.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related major.
• More than 15 years of experience in related field with Min. 10 years as managerial level, preferably from Renewable and Energy Technology Industry.
• Good understanding and sound knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR operation in Renewable and Energy Technology Industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Proficient in English (writing, speaking and reading).

2. External Relation & Compliance – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

• Direct, lead, control, coordinate, and evaluate various external relation activities including permits and licenses, community relations.
• Also, maintain good relations with stakeholders, government, community surrounding the company and project area to ensure the company’s operations and project may run well and avoid various disturbances and external problems.
• To keep the business running smoothly, analyze and monitor critical government trends, rules and regulations to plan the proactive strategy and relationship management, especially with key government agencies and related stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have 15 years of experience in the same/ related position at Mine Industry.
• Understanding of renewable energy business process as well as performance review and development Diana
• Understanding business strategy concepts and stakeholders engagement methods and process.
• Sound knowledge of government laws and regulations particularly related to mining industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

3. Strategic Planning & Business Development – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

• Lead, manage and evaluate the strategic and business development planning to increase the corporate growth and profitability in short or long term through collaboration and synergize within the organizations, also recognize the business opportunity and implement the business development and expansion strategy and plan by involving from investment stage, project preliminary study preparation until project execution and monitoring including participation in merger, acquisition, joint venture and new business process to support company growth.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any major.
• Have experiences in Business Develooment. Finance and Assets at Renewable Business Industn is preferred.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge and familiar with Financial Analyst and Financial Model.
• Sound knowledge of government laws and regulations, particularly related to renewable energy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Proficient in English (writing, speaking and reading).
• Good presentation skill, accustomed for presentations to BOD with English language

4. Project Manager Solar Business – Jakarta Office

Job overview :

• Support, manage, execute and evaluate the investment plan and strategy in solar energy, explore business opportunities, and implement strategic expansion for company investment.
• Also, liaise with the related parties to ensure seamless merger, acquisition, joint venture or establish new business to support the achievement of company continuous growth strategy.
• Develop, monitor, and review project investment execution and deliverables within the project investment plan, including the process, progress, reporting, and completion.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or related major with a Engineering background is preferred.
• Have 10 years of experience in the same/ related position at Solar Business Industry.
• Sound knowledge of Solar Business as well as performance review and development plan.
• Sound knowledge of government laws and regulations particularly related to Solar Energy.
• Sound knowledge of Indonesia’s business environment and other business environments Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
