1. IT Network & Security – Jakarta Office

Job Overview :

• Design and executing realistic attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications. Collaborate with defensive teams, share findings, and enhance overall security posture through joint exercises. Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for strengthening security.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on red teaming, penetration testing, and security research.
• Highly skilled Red Team Security Engineer with strong background in penetration testing, proficiency with Kali Linux, and expertise in social engineering techniques.
• Knowledgeable about social engineering techniques, including phishing and pretexting, to engage effectively and raise security awareness regarding sensitive information.
• Ability to write and understand scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and develop custom tools
• Proficiency in using penetration testing tools (e.g.. Metasploit, Burp Suite), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and a strong understanding of network protocols and operating systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

2. Strategic Planning Analyst – Jakarta Office

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree Economics/Finance/ Management or related major.
• More than 5 years’ experience in the same position.
• Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation pack.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Data Analysis Consolidation and Reporting).
• Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
• Good in presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.

3. Digital Specialist – Jakarta Office

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree/ Ph.D with major in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Economics, or Physics
• At least have 1-2 years experience information technology, business analytics, statistical and/or data science/business intelligence and programming, preferable at Mining Industry sector.
• Experience in digital transformation, agile, and/or digital tools is a plus.
• Good knowledge of coal mining operations, financial analysis and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with English proficiency.
• Certified Agile Practitioner (Product Owner & Scrum Master) and Data Science Professional Certification (e.g. Tableau Data Scientist, HarvardX’s Data Science Professional Certificate) is a plus value.

4. Payment Processing Head (Disbursement) Jakarta Office

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.
• More than 10 years’ experience in the mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge Financial Business Process specially in payment planning and execution process.
• Experience in initiating and leading digital transformation projects in payment systems.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)

5. Operation Reporting and Data Governance Analyst – Jakarta Office

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with major in Mining, Geology or Business
• At least have 8 years experiences in Mining Business
• Experience in data governance or data scientist is a plus
• Proper handling of SOP or WI documents into the Management System
• Excellent communication with English proficiency.

6. Commercial & Schedule Coordination Jakarta Office –

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree any major.
• More than 2 years experience in the same position.
• Experiences in the area Transportation & Shipping and Export/Import is preferable.
• Knowledgeable about the overall coal shipping procedure, export/import documents & procedure, coal sale & purchase agreement, L/C, coal specification and conversion.
• Good project management skill to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Effective comnunication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point,etc).

7. LT&MT Planning (Water Resources) – Balikpapan Office

Job Overview :

• Planning, designing, and managing water-related projects such as weather and rainfall prediction, de-watering systems, wastewater treatment facilities, flood control, and irrigation systems. Ensure efficient and sustainable use of water resources while mitigating environmental impacts.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering or Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources.
• More than 3 years’ experience in the Water Management or in a similar role.
• Preferably have knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for spatial analysis and data management
• Familiarity with hydrological modeling techniques and watershed analysis.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software.
• Understanding of water quality parameters and treatment processes.
• Understanding of government regulations related with water resources.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

8. HSE Program Development (Maternity Replacement) – Jakarta Office

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven experience in environmental management and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
