1. Promotion & Event Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or event management.
• Minimum one year experience in event management or promotions.
• Prior experience in similar role or within recreational field is a plus.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute promotional programs and events to support sales targets including budgeting, planning, and evaluation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to create effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and agencies for marketing materials, event logistics, and promotional assets.
• Manage administrative tasks related to promotions and events, such as permits and documentation.

2. Leasing & Casual Leasing Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or finance.
• Minimum one year experience in similar role, preferably in mall leasing or casual leasing.
• Has knowledge of mall tenants, brands, and retail businesses.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Actively search for tenants and develop leasing strategies to optimize space utilization.
• Expand and maintain a database of potential tenants and build strong relationships with them.
• Negotiate rental prices and agreements with tenants and event organizers.
• Handle rental contracts including data verification, contract drafting, review, and coordination with external parties.

3. Customer Service Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferably as a supervisor.
• Ability to handle complaints with a responsive and proactive approach.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and support customer service staff.
• Placement: BXSea, South Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Ensure the best service experience for BXSea visitors.
• Provide guidance and direction to the customer service team regarding their tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor and handle visitor complaints both online and offline, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Continuously improve customer service operations by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

4. Housing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Experience in construction supervision for landed house projects is a plus.
• Internship experience with direct field exposure will also be considered.
• Strong interest in landed house development and field supervision.
• Placement: Sepatan, Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Supervise and provide direction to contractors to ensure construction quality.
• Calculate work volumes for project activities and monitor their execution.
• Oversee the resolution of building issues during the construction period until handover to the after-sales team.
• Participate in the building handover process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare and update construction status reports for project tracking.

5. Landscape Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.
• Minimum one year experience in a landscape-related field preferably with experience in on-site landscape supervision.
• Strong interest in handling landscape projects for residential areas.
• Placement: Sepatan, Tangerang

Job Description:

• Plan, manage, and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Supervise on-site landscape work and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and external parties.
• Evaluate landscaping contractor performance and address any quality issues or complaints.
• Track and organize project data, including work memos, contractor details, and landscaping orders.

6. Field Sales Stock Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum one year experience in property industry preferably in landed house.
• Hands-on experience in home renovation and understanding of housing trends.
• Strong knowledge of market prices and property valuation.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Track and manage the availability of housing stock, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Develop strategies to enhance property sales by implementing renovations or offering promotional incentives.
• Assess and propose new pricing structures after renovations or necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to execute renovation plans efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive advantage

7. Collection Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of collection as supervisor.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang

Job Description:

• Compile annual collection targets, supervise collection program cash and KPR to achieve predetermined targets.
• Create and evaluate monthly reports based on set targets.
• Coordinate with the sales department for changes in distributed payment orders
• (SPP) to decrease mortgage and changes in payment from mortgage to cash.
• Verify receipts and warning cards.
• Coordinate with the bank for KPR transactions.
• Sign agreements with consumers for KPR transactions and collection letters to consumers and third parties.

8. Collection Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang

Job Description:

• Prepare and process various invoices including rental invoices, service charges, electricity bills, tax invoices, receipts, and other related invoices.
• Issue and manage invoice and receipt acknowledgments to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Process clearing of giro payments to bank, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare official reports for accounts receivable write-offs, ensuring proper financial documentation and approval.
• Deliver invoices and receipts to tenants, maintaining good communication and ensuring timely payments.

9. Operational Supervisor

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communication, management, or related field.
• Minimum having one years experience in similar role.
• Placement : Pasar Senen, Central Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Manage subcontractor tasks (security, parking, hygiene, housekeeping, pest control, plumbing, waste collection).
• Ensure subcontractor work aligns with contract terms.
• Evaluate performance and report results monthly to the unit manager.
• Develop and oversee procedures for cleanliness, security, and emergency stairs.
• Supervise workflows to maintain efficiency and continuous improvement.
