Lowongan Kerja PT Jaya Real Property Tbk

1. Billing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field with Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of financial and taxation regulations.
• Placement : Jakarta Pusat.

Job Description:

• Collect taxes (PPh) and checks from outside the office, and manage collection via phone calls and warning letters.
• Prepare and summarize tax deductions (PPh) for rent, service charges, and receipts of PPh Article 4 (2).
• Send invoices and payment receipts to tenants, and issue payment receipt vouchers.
• Collect bank statements and maintain related archives.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all collection-related materials.

2. Life Support System Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Machine Engineering/Electrical Engineering with Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum having 1-3 years experience in handling oceanarium life support system.
• Placement : BXSea, Tangerang Selatan.

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure LSS operates according to standards and procedures.
• Conduct thorough checks of the LSS before and after Oceanarium operating hours.
• Monitor and rectify water quality, ensuring hygiene and feasibility of aquarium details.
• Oversee and direct the work of all LSS Technicians.
• Collaborate with Aquaris on water change processes and maintain aquarium hygiene and clarity

3. Operational Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum having 1 years experience in similar or related field.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and building maintenance protocols.
• Placement : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.

Job Description:

• Manage subcontractor tasks (security, parking, hygiene, housekeeping, pest control, plumbing, waste collection).
• Ensure subcontractor work aligns with contract terms.
• Evaluate performance and report results monthly to the unit manager.
• Develop and oversee procedures for cleanliness, security, and emergency stairs.
• Supervise workflows to maintain efficiency and continuous improvement.

4. Land Certification Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodesy, Geomatics, Urban Planning (PWK) with Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Prior experience in a similar role, including internships, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of certification processes is a plus.
• Placement : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Job Description:

• Conduct data collection and identification for land that has not yet obtained a master certificate (sertifikasi induk).
• Prepare necessary documents and submit requests to relevant agencies for master certificate issuance.
• Verify the documents required for the issuance of the master certificate to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other division during the certification process.

5. Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum High School/SMK/STM graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding of building maintenance protocols.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Placement : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.

Job Description:

• Implement the work program and conduct inspections to ensure building readiness.
• Ensure mechanical/electrical facilities are operational and prepare fire emergency equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and maintain building systems such as escalators, elevators, and air conditioning.
• Verify and report work orders, and stop work if it poses a risk to building safety, with supervisor approval.

6. Landscape Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar landscape-related field.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang

Job Description:

• Plan, manage, and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors, suppliers, and agencies.
• Evaluate landscaping contractor performance and address any quality issues or complaints.
• Track and organize project data, including work memos, contractor details, and landscaping orders.

7. Advocacy and Land Protection Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role or related responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the property sector, particularly in managing land disputes, legal compliance, or asset protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang

Job Description:

• Develop planning and estimation for resolving land disputes or issues through advocacy.
• Supervise the progress of each advocacy case handling.
• Be responsible for resolving all land advocacy issues.
• Be responsible for securing the company’s land assets.
