Lowongan Kerja PT Jiva Agriculture Indonesia

1. Data Entry

Roles and responsibilities :

Recording incoming and outgoing goods from each supplier
Recording the amount of billing payments received by the company
Documenting the vendor cost

Requirements :

Fresh Graduates are welcome
Experience in managing thousand rows of numbers in excel
Advance in Microsoft Excel skill
Exceed in the analytical skill
Good communication skill both writing and verbal in Indonesia and English will be advantage
Willing to be placed in Lampung

2. Junior Procurement Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for understanding the needs of their employer, and then communicating said needs with potential vendors. This is an integral part in choosing the best vendors.
Recording incoming and outgoing goods from each supplier
Make daily, weekly, monthly reports on incoming and outgoing goods from each supplier
Recording the amount of billing payments received by the company
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales and supply costs
receive goods, as well as bill payments and make transactions with vendors or suppliers.
Make a request for payment approval to the direct supervisor
Coordinate with finance related to supplier payment schedules
Work closely with the Warehouse in controlling the amount of inventory and checking goods.
Conduct regular visits to suppliers to reconcile data
Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers and then provide advice/advice to direct superiors
Responsible for documenting the costs for all vendors, as well as generating monthly cost reports to present to stakeholders. They are also responsible for documenting the communication cycle with potential vendor leads

Requirements :

Minimum experience in Procurement Analyst, Data Analyst, Sales Support Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Merchandising Analyst at least 1 years in Agriculture, FMCG, Retail

3. Quality Control Supervisor (Corn Drying & Warehouse Facility)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Monitor drying and storage processes to ensure optimal quality.
Conduct quality inspections for moisture content, mold, pest activity, and contamination.
Maintain compliance with food safety and industry standards (e.g., GMP).
Train staff on quality control practices.
Document findings and implement corrective actions.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in grain drying or feed production.
Proficiency in testing equipment and quality standards for animal feed.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred: GMP or relevant food/feed safety certifications.
Placement: Lampung
Able to communicate in English.

4. Senior Plant Operations

Roles and responsibilities :

Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
Commit to plant safety procedures
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
Influence and learn from below
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Requirements :

A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required.
3+ years of experience as a Plant Operator in a feedmill or corn processing
Able to communicate in English.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Computer literacy
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

5. Plant Manager (Corn Drying Facility)

Minimal D3/S1
Proven work experience as a Factory Lead / Plant Lead in a feed mill or corn processing for at least 5 years
Proven managerial experience
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Computer literacy
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

6. Field Marketer

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma – preferably from business or event management background (likely a degree in Business / Management / Marketing / Communications)
Digital savvy (comfortable with smartphone, google sheets, google docs, slack etc.)
Have an experience as a sales/marketing in a rural area
Have an experience in interacting with people in rural area (Expected to fluent in using local language)
Willing to be placed in all Jiva operational areas in Lampung
Have a basic understanding of the use of camera or any other documentation tools
Experience in creating offline and online event

7. Weighbridge Operator

Peran dan tanggung jawab :

Melaksanakan operational jembatan timbang
Mengisi daily ledger
Mengontrol ketersediaan jumlah buruh harian sesuai kebutuhan
Mengatur penempatan lot hasil bagging harian, update kartu stock daily
Melakukan stock opname bersama finance saat end month closing

Persyaratan :

Lulusan SMA/Sederajat
Pengalaman mengoperasikan jembatan timbang
Teliti dan berintegritas tinggi
Bersedia ditempatkan di Lampung

8. Field Sales Coordinator Rubber

Kualifikasi Umum :

Lulusan D3 – S1 Pertanian, Teknik Pertanian, Agrobisnis, dan sejenisnya menjadi poin plus.
Berpengalaman min. 6 bulan sebagai Sales di supply chain management, pertanian, retail distributor, & FMCG.
Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan berbahasa daerah.
Bersedia ditempatkan di salah satu wilayah di sumatra selatan.
Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Sumatra selatan.
Memahami penggunaan teknologi berbasis internet (seperti aplikasi sosial media, website, dsb).

Peran Dan Tanggung Jawab :

Merekrut Lapak.
Melakukan training terkait sistem aplikasi Jiva kepada Mitra dan memastikan mereka mampu menggunakan aplikasi Jiva.
Memastikan setiap transaksi petani dijalankan melalui aplikasi Jiva.
Menyediakan materi pemasaran dan komunikasi untuk event pemasaran guna meningkatkan kesadaran merk, loyalitas, dan partisipasi di platform Jiva (mis. marketing event dan acara pasca panen).

9. Field Supervisor – Rubber

Roles and responsibilities :

Preplanting
- Promote Activation Coordinator roles through recruitment drives, online and offline advertisements and referrals
- Manage Jiva recruitment process from profile reviews to interviews to employment recommendations to Area Manager
- Supervise and support Activation Coordinator’s efforts in identifying and hiring potential Sahabat Jiva
- Review farmers’ suitability for credit and exercise good judgement in approving credit approval exceptions before submitting recommendations to Area Manager for ratification
Planting
- Monitor MC’s cash deposits, following up on those which are offtrack
Harvest
- Manage credit recovery process, such as deciding whether to give farmers additional time for repayment and MC termination decision
- Supervise end-of-cycle processes, ensuring that all working capital is recouped and all equipment are returned
- Building procurement network of of small rice mills to support procurement of rubber
- procurement transaction management

Requirements :

Willing to be placed in Lampung Area.
2-3 years of experience as Sourcing/ Procurement Supervisor/Sales in Agricultural Industry, especially paddy
Target achievement oriented and data driven
Comfortable working mobile and travelling.
Solid understanding of local farming (rubber) community
Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in both local language and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong Microsoft Office skill, especially Ms. Excel.
