Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia (Nabati Group)

1. QC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as QC Supervisor specialized in dry food products (wafer, biscuit)
• Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP.
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka

2. Production Foreman

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in FMCG Industry.
• Have experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field.
• Required Skills: GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
• Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
• Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts).
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

3. R&D Packaging Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify areas for improvement in packaging materials and processes.
• Manage the trial of the packaging machine.
• Assist in testing of new packaging solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed packaging specifications and documentation.
• Evaluate the performance of existing packaging materials and recommend improvements.
• Create a machine trial report.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Development within the Consumer Goods industry (preferably in the Baked Goods product category).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to be placed in our Factory in Majalengka, West Java.

4. Transport Support Staff

5. HCGA Manager

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Law.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Human Capital and General Affair Manager in FMCG industry.
• Experienced in handling > 10.000 employees.
• Willing to be placed in Plant Majalengka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a planning strategies for HC&GA activities, such as maintaining factory, infrastructure, and personnel facilities, providing official transportation, waste management, cleanliness, and industrial relation.
• Develop human resource and performance management strategies (from planning to performance appraisals) to ensure individual, unit and company work targets are achieved.
• Analyze, manage, and directing the implementation and procedures of remuneration so that it is competitive, in line with the company’s financial capabilities and fair internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Corporate Human Capital to develop human resources.
• Monitor to ensure external compliance is in accordance with applicable regulations and rules, coordinating with external parties to the company.

6. Maintenance Manager

General Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Food Safety Management System, Maintenance, WIP, Manufacturing, Management, Predictive ,Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance System
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
• Preparing the budget and ensuring maintenance costs are in line with the plan.
• To manage, lead & supervise the Maintenance department at the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure the implementation of machine repairs complies with the applicable regulatory standards
• Ensure the implementation of machine settings/trouble shooting for problem machines has been carried out properly.
• Make a schedule based on the schedule from the manual book, historical data, and spare part specifications
• Ensure that new machines are trialled concurrently with vendors
• To monitor production process according to specifications & requirements.
• Placement in Majalengka – West Java.

7. Quality Control Field

Responsibility :

• Melakukan pengawasan dan pemeriksaan proses produksi dan proses hasil produksi.

Requirements:

• SMK jurusan analis kimia atau lainnya
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai QC pada perusahaan minuman AMDK/RTD/Minuman bersoda
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Memahami GMP, Food Safety
• Bersedia bekerja 3 shift (Pagi, Sore, Malam)
• Bersedia Penempatan Pabrik Nabati Majalengka.

8. Warehouse & Logistic Area Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Deegre in any field, preferably majoring in logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrate Leadership capability with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisor role in logistics & warehoose area, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Willing to be placed in Plant Majalengka / DC Palembang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor storage activities, inbound, outbound, FEFO, DOI and bad stock management.
• Maintain actual stock VS system.
• Coordinate the preparation of reports: daily stock, realization of NPL distribution, realization of product distribution, monthly stock based on production date, stock of quarantine goods, monthly stock opname results, and transport reports.
