1. Document & License Supervisor and Document & License Manager

What you will do :

• Engage with the R&D team and acquire the required regulatory package (product composition, ingredient specifications, labeling information, etc.).
• Assess and ensure finished products and raw materials comply with regulatory requirements.
• Develop product label specifications to local regulatory labeling requirements.
• Provide and review regulatory advice to support product claims and launches (including creating label sets, formula compliance, and approval).
• Process registrations and handle renewals related to HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) or intellectual property rights.
• Ensure and complete the legality of the company following product licensing registration processes.
• Create legal opinions on brand issues and HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual).

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food & Nutrition Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Law, Management, or Industrial Engineering with a GPA of 3.00.
• Experience in handling product documentation and licensing.
• Understanding of the required regulatory package (product composition, ingredient specifications, labeling information).
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements to support product launches

2. Digital Marketing Manager

What you will do :

• Plan, implement, manage, and monitor brand digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks and social media platforms to build and increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through execution and implementation.
• Prepare accurate reports and analyses of the overall performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with media buying and digital agencies to improve brand results and manage all digital campaigns.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major with a GPA min. 3.00
• Min. 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and web analytics.

3. Corporate Finance Supervisor

What you will do :

• Analyze macro and microeconomics
• Create and conduct financial modeling
• Evaluate the financial impact of new business ventures

4. HRIS Developer

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the HRIS platform to meet the company’s human resource needs.
• Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure successful project execution.
• Configure and maintain HRIS modules, including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and more.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support SOM analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS by adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and external consultants for system integration, enhancements, and maintenance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, SQL, and Query.
• Familiar with operating applications like Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and Microsoft Office.
• Has experience as an HRIS Developer at least 1-2 years.

5. Graphic Designer Internship

What you will do :

• Design adjustments for regular design tasks, including modifications for packaging.
• Suggest improved ideation for design artwork through brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Ideation for gimmicks and creative POSM.
• Design social media content and promotional materials

We are looking for you who :

• Fresh Graduate or Student with min. 6th semester majoring in Design/ Creative Multimedia/ any relevant majors
• Expert in using design application software (AI, AE, Photoshop, Indesign, etc)
• Understanding basic motion graphics is advantageous

6. Legal Intern

What you will do :

• Review legal documents
• Assist the legal team in preparing legal documents and creating SOPs
