1. Senior Specialist IT Network

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Having min 8+ years experience in Network Administration/Network Engineering
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) / Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 – Foundation
  • Familiar with mining industries or field work (will be an advantage)
  • Good communication skills and excellent analytical skills
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Head Office, with frequent travelling to mine site

 

2. Specialist Database Administrator

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Having min 5 years experience as a database administrator or a related role.
  • Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and indexing
  • Familiarity with database security concepts and best practices
  • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

3. Division Head of Asset Management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related Technical Engineering
  • Having min 10+ years experience in managing  plant equipment in mining operations, with 5 years experience as Plant/Asset Manager
  • Computer skills (e.g. Ms. office/database), Leadership, and presentation/auditing skills
  • Good English communication in both verbal and writing
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

4. Sub Section Head Training Plant Maintenance

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Associate’s Degree in related Technical  Engineering
  • Having min 3 years of experience trainer in competency-based training implementation and having min. 5 years of experience in industries/operations of mining, asset, civil- construction, O&G services & certification additional as TAE or ToT/WTAC, POP, BNSP Trainer certified from government
  • Computer skills (e.g. Ms. office/database), Leadership, and presentation/auditing skills
  • Good English communication in both verbal and writing
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • POP Competency is preferred

5. Sub Section Head Maintenance Repair

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Associate’s Degree in related Technical – Engineering
  • Having min  5 years experience in Maintaining & Repairing Plant Equipment in mining operations
  • Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office/database)
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • POP Competency is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

6. Foreman Dispatch & Cost Control

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or Related Technical Engineering
  • Having min 2 years of experience in Asset Management and Dispatch in Mining Operations.
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office/database)

7. Safety Officer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or related Technical  Engineering
  • Having min 1-2 year of experience as same position in hauling road/mining operation
  • Preferably has experience working in mining operations
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office/database)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

8. Foreman Tyre & Fabrication

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Associate’s Degree in related Technical Engineering
  • Having min 3 experience in maintaining & repairing tyre & fabrication in Plant Mining Operations
  • Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office)
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP

 

9. Dept Head of Strategic & Improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting Management, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science degree preferred).
  • Min. 15+ years experiences in Supply Chain Management Business Process, as ERP functional support, data/ business/system analyst in mining industry, heavy equipment contractors, major dealer, manufacturing, logistics company, or consulting company
  • Experiences and familiar with ERP applications (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse)
  • Understand the integration process across functions / streams (e.g., material management, procurement, finance, plant maintenance)
  • Good communication, business process improvement, business plan analysis, and presentation skill.
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (Field break will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

10. Officer Strategic & improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Law degree preferred)
  • Min 0-4 years of experience in business and data support, procurement contracts, customer relationship management, and business/system analysis in the mining industry, heavy equipment contractors, major dealers, manufacturing, logistics company, consulting company, or law firm.
  • Be honest and trusted, has integrity, comply with company code of conduct, ABMS obedience
  • Familiar with ERP or CRM applications (e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle, Ellipse, and other apps , including contract management system)
  • Able to support Contract Management App development
  • Understand and keen to create business processes and SCM SOP development (contract management and other streams such as warehouse, procurement, vendor)
  • Good communication, business process understanding, problem solving, data analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation skill.

 

11. Foreman Crushing Plant Operation for Infrastructure Directorate

Requirements:
  • Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Having min 3 years of experience in a coal processing plant
  • Having Knowledge about coal processing operating system
  • Experience supervising conveyor operations
  • Able to understand and handle repairs to damaged conveyor equipment
  • Having knowledge about Safety Management System
  • Excelent reporting ability
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

12. Specialist Contract Mining

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering / Law
  • Having min 2 years of experience in managing contract mining drafting and RKAB reporting.
  • Understanding mining business process, technical, commercial, HSE & regulation.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

13. Engineer Modelling Geologist

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering
  • Having min 2 years of experience as engineer modelling geologist in coal mining company
  • Expert using/operate Computer & Mining Software (MS Office, Autocad, Minescape, ArcGIS, SAP, etc)
  • Having a good knowledge about basic coal geology modeling, JORC/KCMI report
  • Capable making Exploration Report
  • POP Competency is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

14. Sub – Section Head Mining Digitalization

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Geology, or Civil Engineering
  • Having experience min 3 years as Mine Planning Supervisor or Project Management and involved in project improvement or innovation
  • Expert using/operate Computer & Mining Software (MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Minescape, ArcGIS, SAP, etc)
  • Project Management Skill is preferred
  • POP Competency is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

15. Engineer Mine Plannin

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Having min 3 years of Shorterm Engineer/ Pit Control
  • Expert using/operate Computer & Mining Software (MS Office, Autocad, Minescape, ArcGIS, SAP, etc)
  • Understand the knowledge of mine planning, heavy equipment operation in mining industry
  • Have good English language skills (speaking and writing)
  • Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH/KTP)

 

16. Safety Investigation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or related Technical  Engineering
  • Having min 1-2 year of experience as same position in coal mining company
  • Willing to work on sites in flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives
  • Computer skilled (e.g. Ms. office)
  • Certified POP & Incident Investigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

17. Safety Inspector Mining

Responsibilities:

  • Field inspection & investigation Mining Area
  • Safety & Health management
  • Operational Safety Program Implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or related background
  • Having min 2 years as safety Inspector
  • Having a good knowledge of  coal mining operations and safety operation management
  • Excelent reporting ability is preferred
  • Having POP Cortified is preferred
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills (Ability to communicate to all levels)
  • Having a good knowledge of Computer literacy (Ms. Office)

18. Safety Inspector Electrical

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out wastewater management and monitoring activities
  • Carry out and supervise inspection activities for the physical conditions, facilities, and infrastructure of wastewater treatment
  • Create the report of observation results in the field.
  • Implement safety, health, and environmental regulations in the work area.
  • Evaluate SPARING Operational Management
  • Do and manage SIMPEL Application
  • Evaluate PROPER Aspect assessment Water Pollution Control (PPA)
  • Able to observe and manage Water Quality Laboratory Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
  • Having min 1 year experience in  coal mining owner as WTP (Water Treatment Plan)/ WWTP (wastewater treatment plant), but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having a POPAL and POP Certificate is an advantages
  • Having a good English skill (both speaking & writing)
