Lowongan Kerja – PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) merupakan salah satu tempat kopi yang untuk pertama kalinya berdiri sejak 2022 lalu. Coffee shop satu ini menghadirkan berbagai minuman kopi yang diracik menggunakan 100% biji kopi arabika berkualitas terbaik. Dari sejak berdiri hingga saat ini, sudah ada 60 gerai Tomoro Coffee yang berlokasi di area Jabodetabek.

Tomoro Coffee sendiri hadir dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan kopi berkualitas tinggi kepada para penggemar kopi di Indonesia. Tomoro Coffee juga ingin memberikan pengalaman minum kopi yang luar biasa kepada para pelanggannya melalui aplikasi sebagai pintu masuk. Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee)

1. Roastery QC Specialize

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in food technology, agriculture, chemistry or a related field
• Previous experience as QC at food & beverages industry, preferably within the coffee industry min. 1 years experience
• Familiar with different coffee profiles and flavour characteristics
• Understanding and implementation of quality control measures specific to coffee (density, moisture content, etc)
• Familiar in coffee cupping techniques for sensory evaluation
• Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 22000, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) & Halal Assurance System
• Understanding of food safety principles and hygienic practices in coffee production
• Detail oriented, meticulous, high willingness to learn, good communication and adaptable
• Understanding administrative activities (document filling, reporting, etc)
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta (FULL WFO Monday – Friday)

Job Descriptions :

• Daily cupping test for coffee blend
• Checking incoming Raw and packaging material
• Pest control monitoring
• Document control for factory
• Verification for cleaning and sanitation
• Do trial for new products or new raw and package material

2. Business Development Head

Job Desc:

• Identify and engage with pontential mitra to drive store openings
• Lead the conversion process from potential mitra to signed agreement
• Evaluate and recommend suitable store locations for new mitra outlets
• Assist mitra in the planning and establishment of new store locations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mitra onboarding and store setup
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic expansion
• Responsible for the results of business, leading the team to achieve business promotion goals and performance

Job Requirement:

• Have 8 years of experience in investment promotion management, prove experience in mitra development, business development, or related roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess location potential and perform market analysis
• Understanding of retail or F&B sector, preferably within the coffee industry
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta (FULL WFO Monday – Friday)

3. Business Development Assistant

Job Desc:

• Assist the person in charge to identify and cooperate with potential mitra to promote store openings
• Responsible for collating and analyzing investment promotion data and supporting the advancement of team work
• Participate in evaluating and recommending store locations suitable for new mitra stores
• Participate in market inspection, analyze investment promotion business data and operating data in real time, and support team decision making
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic expansion
• Communicate with internal departments to keep information synchronized

Job Requirement:

• Have 2 years experience in mitra development, business development or related roles
• Have in-depth knowledge of the retail or restaurant industry, preferably in the coffee industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to evaluate location potential and conduct market analysis through business data
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta (FULL WFO Monday – Friday)

4. Legal Supervisor

Job Desc:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including agreements with vendors, suppliers, business partners
• Maintaining and updating contract database
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance
• Dealing with possible labor disputes, complaint cases and other disputes or lawsuits of the company
• Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring that all licenses, certificates, and licenses of the company are effective and valid and that the Group Companies are operating in compliance
• Providing legal advice for the compliance matters of the company

Job Requirement:

• Have 5 years experience in practicing law
• Fluent in English
• Good personal qualities, able to avoid legal risks and protect the interests of the company from the company’s perspective
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication awareness
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta (FULL WFO Monday – Friday)
