Lowongan Kerja – PT  LG Electronics Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan dari LG Electronics Inc yang didirikan di Korea pada tahun 1985. Di Indonesia sendiri, perusahaan ini memulai jejaknya pada tahun 1990 dan berpusat di Jakarta.

PT LG Electronics Indonesia bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan memasarkan alat-alat  elektronik konsumer, alat komunikasi mobile dan peralatan rumah tangga seperti TV, monitor, Audio Video dan juga produk-produk lainnya. Awalnya perusahaan ini menggunakan nama Goldstar di tahun 1958. Nama LG sendiri diambil dari gabungan 2 perusahaan Korea, yakni Lucky dan Goldstar sehingga disingkat menjadi LG. Baru pada tahun 1995, namanya menjadi LG Electronics dan kemudian membeli Zenith Electronics.

1. Senior AR Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree, (Accounting background is advantage)
• Have experience in AR Job, 3 Years id preferred
• Expert in Microsoft Operation System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Have a good communication, fluent in English is advantage

Responsibilities :

• Branch AR Control
• Daily AR Collection from National wide incoming
• Monitoring National wide AR Overdue
• AR Deduction Monitoring and Reporting
• AR creation between subsidiary
• Weekly & Monthly report income
• Audit Support

2. Sales Coordinator Modern Outside

Responsibilities :

• Manage in-store promo & exhibition.
• Manage relationship with owner/ PIC dealer.
• Manage new & repair booth. Monitoring promotor, stock merchandise, & APMS budget.
• Manage tax shop board/banner.
• Manage modern outside HE all branch.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Proven experiences as sales at least 1 year.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be contract under outsourcing company.

3. In Store Management Team Leader

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing national in-store activity.
• Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser) In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
• Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search.
• Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.

Requirements :

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management.
• Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.

4. National KAM Manager (HA & HE Products)

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple Modern & E-Commerce branches for Home Appliance (HA) & Home Entertainment (HE) Products, ensuring they meet target & uphold customer satisfaction.
• Develop & execute effective sales strategies to enhance market share and grow the business within the account.
• Conduct Market Analysis to identify industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, projections, & address potential issue to management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Proven successful experience 10+ years in sales management, with solid understanding of the Modern & E-Commerce Electronics Account segment.
• Strong leadership & excellent communication skills.

5. Information Display BDM (FSI Sector)

Responsibilities :

• Finding commercial Signage/Display (Information Display) business opportunity in Financial Sector.
• Manage project sales (B2B) from beginning to end.
• Create and executes project work.

Requirements :

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have experience in education and government area at least 5 years.
• Strong in English and time management.

6. Demand Planner Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

• Make sure update on time, monthly Top Down (TD) by PM, Bottom Up (BU) by branches forecasting & price management in GDMI.
• Analyze TD & BU with statistical historical forecast.
• Facilitate consensus forecasting and S&OP with PM, Branches data, Production Plan, R&D to get final forecasting to achieve Good Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) with optimize cost.
• Monitoring & give direction PSI Planner to update Final Consensus number.
• Manage NPI & EOL by model and giving LINE UP model & net price estimation to all related part as basic for update forecast.
• Update forecast in GDMI & analyze GSCP data to manage the forecast that I/F to G-Plantopia same with PSI from Top Management or Sales Plan Target.
• Evaluation PSI Planner Performance & KPΙ

7. SVC Paint Point Staff

Responsibilities :

• Data analysis customer pain point
• Report & follow up to customer Needs
• Customer gathering thru FGD or personal approach to get VOC
• Customer survey prepare and follow up
• Web Administrator

Requirements :

• A Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree any major.
• Fluent in English and (Korean is plus).
• Have a good communication skill (written& spoken) to customer.
• Have good knowledge related customer care / Relationship.
• Able to work in team or individual, and able to work in pressure.
• Interest with online channel media.
• Experience handling customer care / customer relation is a plus.
• Experience in Digital Administration is a Plus.

8. CS Network Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
• Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles
• Make regular weekly – monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed
• Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed
• Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Information System or equivalent.
• Proven experiences as data analyst at least 1 year.

9. IT Network Admin

Responsibilities :

• Configure and managing Network devices about Cisco devices and Aruba devices.
• Manage all Sales Branch offices, Including installation, fixing issues, and upgrading firmware while implementing enhancement performance and reliability.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Computer Science / IT, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Has an experience about Cisco, Fortinet, and Aruba.
• Experienced 2 years of handle Layer3 switch and router, firewall, and wireless controller (Included Access Point) is preferred.

10. SCM Demand Planner

Responsibilities :

• Make sure update on time, monthly Top Down (TD) by PM, Bottom Up (BU) by branches forecasting & price management in GDMI.

Responsibilities :

• Manage & monitor price stability for products.
• Monitor sales profitability (COI, MP, etc). Set up interesting campaign scheme for dealers.

• Create marketing activity (ATL, BTL, Social Media, training), to increase brand awareness, Monitor stock allocation & distribution

Responsibilities :

• Manage Home Appliances business to achieve main KPIs: Sales, profit, marketing expense, & long-term inventory ratio.

• Manage new product launching & performance & EOL product clearance
• Manage marketing activities that supports sales performance & build strong brand, for end consumer & for business partner.

Responsibilities :
