Saat ini, Limin Marine & Offshore mengoperasikan berbagai macam Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) yang siap menangani berbagai pekerjaan yang diperlukan untuk mendukung daftar perusahaan minyak dan gas internasional yang terus bertambah. pengeboran laut dalam di Indonesia merupakan pengembangan yang relatif baru, namun terdapat potensi yang signifikan terhadap banyak konsesi minyak dan gas baru di wilayah laut lepas pantai.

Lowongan Kerja PT Limin Marine & Offshore

 

 

1. Procurement Manager (PM)

Requirement

  • Education: S1
  • Experience: 5 years in procurement
  • Knowledge, skill, attitude: thorough, organized, tidy, logical, able to present accurate data, adaptable quickly Analytical thinking, negotiation, computer skills, English
  • Experienced in marine industry especially in sparepart purchasing is a must
  • Can Join ASAP
  • Domicile or willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan

Job Description

  • Ensure that all PR that goes into procurement is in accordance with the SOP
  • Verify all invoices before submitting to finance
  • Check all MOC/purchase requests before submitting to management for price approval
  • Check weekly report from technical department and provide actual report on technical report
  • Responsible and involved in the logistics process for the export or import of goods
  • Maintain good relations with external parties
  • Checking all existing reports and spreadsheets to ensure that everything is in accordance with the intent/requirement of the report being made

 

2. Senior Finance & Accounting

Requirements

  • Education: Min S1 Finance & Accounting
  • Min IPK 3,5
  • Experience: min 3-4 Years Experience Finance, Accounting, & Treasury
  • Fluent in english
  • Have Certicated TOEFL Min 500
  • Have Certificated Brevet A & B
  • Indonesia Accounting Standard, Familiar with Accurate software versi 4.0, and Can use Microsoft Office
  • Highly skilled in Financial Statements & Accounting Report
  • Able to lead a team and have good communication.

Job Description:

  • Manage the accounting function in processing data and financial information
  • Plan, coordinate and control the company’s cash flow, especially the management of accounts receivable, payable & claim insurance
  • Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and proceduresures

 

3. Port Captain (PC)

Requirement

  • Max 50 years old, 5 years as a master on AHTS vessel, and 5 years experience the office (on land)
  • Proficient in English
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in Maritime Studies min. ANT-II or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of AHTS vessel and transportation industry.
  • Perform inspection of vessel on repair and maintenance standars and prosedure
  • Ability to deal with other using courtesy, tact and good judgement
  • Must be familiar with ship, terminal/refinery operations

Job Description

  • Ensure all ship operational activities run smoothly, such as ship permits, ship’s daily needs (fuel, FW, spare parts, etc)
  • Bridges internal and external parties (clients)
  • Monitor VDR/ship daily activities and ensure that vessels operate nicely
  • Ensure that the SOP, PMS, and fuel of vessel is carried out properly
  • Fulfill the target on hire / NC closing, based on information from marketing team, and coordinate with related departements, while still keeping up with the dateline of each activites
  • Actively contribute/participate when overcome special problems related to class, porters/agents, goverment agencies, and other parties, so the ship operations can run smoothly

 

4. HR&GA Generalist

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HRGA Officer with Recruitment and HR Generalist.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of updated Indonesian labour laws, HR compliance and regulatory.
  • Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts.
  • Have excellent skills in administration, attention to details, and organization
  • Experience in Human Resource and General Affairs activities, including HR administration, recruitment, payroll, tax and BPJS.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in conducting salary surveys and implementing compensation structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all departments.
  • Administer payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, and benefits, including BPJS and PPh21 calculations and payments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisals, working with department heads to set KPIs and evaluate employee performance.
  • Manage office facilities, overseeing maintenance, security, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with government agencies (Disnaker), BPJS offices, and tax authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, personnel files, and other HR-related records.
  • Coordinate company events, and business travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with Finance Department regarding invoices and payment
  • Coordinate and manage employee’s needs (Laptop, Bag, Access Card, ID Card, Business Name, Stationary, Worktable, office chairs (if any).
  • Provides support and assist any other ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by respective Head of Department.
