1. IT SERVER & NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
- Menginstal, mengkonfigurasi, dan mengelola server fisik dan virtual yang berjalan pada VMware vSphere/platform virtualisasi serupa.
- Mengadministrasi lingkungan Windows Server & Linux Server
- Mengelola dan memelihara basis data SQL Server, termasuk pencadangan, optimasi kinerja, dan keamanan.
- Merancang, mengimplementasikan, & memelihara infrastruktur server
- Melakukan tugas pemeliharaan server rutin, termasuk patching, pembaruan, & pemeriksaan kesehatan sistem.
- Memantau kinerja server & mengidentifikasi & pemecahan masalah potensial.
- Mendokumentasikan konfigurasi & prosedur server.
- up-to-date dengan teknologi server terbaru dan praktik terbaik.
- Mengelola dan memecahkan masalah konfigurasi jaringan, memastikan operasi jaringan yang lancar.
- Membantu dalam support user baik itu software, hardware dan jaringan.
- S1 Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Administrator Server.
- Pengetahuan mendalam tentang VMware vSphere/platform virtualisasi serupa.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang administrasi Windows Server dan Linux Server.
- Mahir dalam administrasi SQL Server.
- Pengetahuan kerja tentang teknologi penyimpanan (SAN, NAS).
- Familiaritas dengan konsep dan protokol jaringan (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan troubleshooting yang sangat baik.

2. STAFF PURCHASING IMPOR & LOKAL
- Search for goods and services needed as requested
- Looking for local and overseas suppliers (import)
- Comparing best prices from several suppliers
- Make purchase documents
- Perform administration of imported goods
- Monitoring the delivery and arrival of goods
- S1 in related field
- Min. 2 years experience in import and local purchasing
- Able to negotiate well with supplier
- Having knowledge of export / import regulations
- Understand the purchasing process from receiving a Purchase Request (PR) to issuing a Purchase Order (PO).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Fluent in Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient in Ms. Office, ERP
- Can join as soon as possible
- Placement in Karawang
3. STAFF FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX
- Perform financial transactions and post in the General Ledger, also Performing reconciliations of General Ledger.
- Carry out relevant administrative duties related to accounting.
- Review the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of original documents
- Responsible for the financial management of Fixed Assets, on monthly plan carry depreciation of fixed assets, organize verification work.
- Prepare requests for internal and external audit data, etc
- Reconciling finance data and payment reconciliation, Recording & reporting of Financial Reports (monthly, annual).
- Tax recording and reporting (Article 21, 23, 24, 25, 26 and VAT)
- S1 in Economics (Accounting, Finance, Banking).
- Min. 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax.
- Has Brevet A and B certification
- Experience using ERP.
- Mastering Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel Function
- Full understanding of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), PPh 25, and proficiency in operating E SPT, E Faktur, and E-billing.
- Fluent in english
- Able to work team and individual, Detail oriented and well-organize

4. QA EXECUTIVE
- Carry out troubleshooting on quality issues
- Liaise with customer/marketing on product specification, sample submission & approval
- Initiate study for process improvement
- Assist QMR/EMR on the implementation & maintenance ISO 9001/14001
- Product Inspection SOP Preparation
- Attend to customer complain & resolve issues in timely manner
- Preparation of monthly report (departmental, SQC) summary
- Min Diploma/ Degree in engineering/science
- Min 2 Years QA Experience in plastics injection manufacturing will be added advantage
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skill
- Computer knowledge (MS office) & technical report writing skill is essential

5. PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING MANAGER
- Oversee Production Operation.
- Plan and Optimize resources to achieve quality, efficiency & delivery.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Sales & Technical Department
- Ensure mould changeover with advance preparation
- Development hot stamping plate/foil & silkscreen stencil/ink
- Carry out continous improvement activities to increase productivity
- Cultivate good working culture, develop & maintain employee skill
- Provide motivation & resolve employee issues
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Min 8 Years experience in manufacturing (Injection Moulding)
- Must possess good computer skill and hands-on experience in ERP system.
- Able to communicate well at all level and strong leadership
- Independent, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO14001 & 5S management

6. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Melaksanakan perawatan dan perbaikan fasilitas perusahaan dan mesin
- Melaksanakan pemeliharaan mesin dan elektrikal
- Melaksanakan pengecekan berkala kondisi mesin, melaksanakan tindakan korektif dan preventif pada mesin
- Melakukan permintaan barang untuk inventaris/suku cadang mesin
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun dalam perawatan fasilitas dan mesin
- Mampu membaca diagram sirkuit menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki sertifikat keahlian kelistrikan
- Mampu membaca dan menulis bahasa inggris sederhana

7. TOOLING TECHNICIAN
- Melaksanakan service mesin moulding berkala sesuai jadwal
- Melakukan perbaikan mesin moulding bila diperlukan
- Melakukan modifikasi moulding
- Menyiapkan dan update laporan pemeliharaan mesin
- Melaksanakan perawatan mesin dan toolroom 6. Inspeksi mesin moulding
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam perbaikan dan pemeliharaan mesin
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai maintenance moulding menjadi nilai lebih
- Bersedia bekerja shift dan bila ada keadaan darurat
- Mampu membaca dan menulis bahasa inggris sederhana

8. TECHNICAL SHIFT TECHNICIAN
- Membantu foreman dalam penyelesaian masalah dan troubleshooting
- Melaksanakan pengaturan mesin moulding sesuai dengan instruksi Foreman
- Memeriksa spesifikasi pada MO & SOP pada setiap mesin
- Memantau tingkat rejection pada mesin serta mengidentifikasi penyelesaian masalahnya
- memastikan servis Moulding (TPM) dan perawatan otonom mesin dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal
- Mengatur crusher yang direject dan bekerja sama dengan material handler untuk proporsi penggunaan kembali
- Min. D3/ S1 Teknik
- Berpengalaman min. 2 tahun di perusahaan Plastik injection moulding
- Bersedia bekerja shift
- Mampu membaca dan menulis bahasa inggris sederhana
- Penempatan: Kab. Karawang
9. PPIC EXECUTIVE
- Prepare production schedule to optimize machine capacity, minimize downtime
- Production plan shall meet customer delivery requirement
- Set production daily target & monitoring output vs schedule
- Maintain an optimized stock level of finished goods
- Optimize holding stock for raw material
- Plan material requirement according to production schedule
- Monitor on production usage vs BOM (Bill Of Materials)
- Min Diploma/ Degree holder
- Min 1 Years working experience in material, production planning & control (Fresh Graduate will be considered)
- Microsoft Office is required
- Experience in hands-on ERP system will be advantage

10. FOREMAN (TECHNICAL)
- Responsible for the shift performance & manpower arrangement
- Carry out hands-on troubleshoot on injection process
- Ensure first shot sample is reviewed & approved based on SOP
- Monitor process cycle time and product shot weight are within tolerance
- Ensure process control by adhering to the tolerance of the machine master parameter
- Perform regular part quality inspection
- Ensure machine downtimes & the reasons are properly recorded
- Possess SPM/ certificate/ Diploma in engineering or related field
- Able to read and write simple technical reports in English
- Min 5 years experience as a supervisor in plastics injection moulding
- Competent in mould set up &injection moulding troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge & able to work on shift

11. HRDGA MANAGER
- Develop, manage and monitor systems and planning activities of the HR Division
- Conduct planning and design effective recruitment & selection systems.
- Supporting the company’s business through employee development & productivity
- Design company SOPs and all procedures related to human resources.
- Analyze work productivity & effectiveness through employee performance evaluation.
- Develop, establish and evaluate employee training programs
- Arrange, evaluate, and develop employee competency system
- Evaluate employee promotions, demotions, and rotations according to company needs.
- S1 in Psychology/ HR Management
- 5 Years Experienced as HRD & GA Manager in a manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- Have knowledge of the Labor Law, HRIS software, labor regulations, GA asset management
- Able to make SOP, KPI, Budgeting
- Have negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills

12. STAFF HRDGA

- Responsible for administration related to General Affair
- Arrange driver schedules, car operational, cleanliness and security
- Supervision and control building management
- Performing tasks according to SOP and procedures
- S1 in Law/ Psychology or related field
- Max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Min. 3 years experience as HRD&GA staff in a Manufacturing
- Able to manage building and vehicle maintenance
- Able to carry out the recruitment process

13. SPV HRDGA
- Perform and Supervise personnel activities (payroll, HRIS, BPJS, employee database, etc.)
- Analyze work productivity & effectiveness through employee performance evaluation.
- Develop, establish and evaluate employee training programs for each employee as in “training program”.
- Conduct coaching & counseling for employees to achieve the work performance.
- Responsible for operational fulfillment
- Supervision to General Affair control building management
- Performing tasks according to SOP and procedures
- S1 in Law/ Psychology or related field
- Max. 35 years old
- Fluent in English
- Experience in human resources software
- Min. 3 years experience as HRD&GA SPV in a Manufacturing
