Perusahaan Dagang Soedarpo Corporation dan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1952. PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. atau PT MPI Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk farmasi, suplemen makanan, dan alat kesehatan dengan cakupan seluruh Indonesia, beroperasi dengan 33 kantor cabang dan 1 gudang pusat.

1. HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and experience in managing industrial relations.
- Proficient in HRIS, performance management, and employee development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- HR-related certifications, such as CHRP or SPHR, are an advantage.

Job Description
- Designing, managing, and implementing human resource strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
- Managing performance evaluation processes and overseeing compensation and benefits.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with labor regulations.
- Handling industrial relations and creating a conducive work environment.
- Developing a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
2. Compensation & Benefit Asst Manager
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all benefit administration processes, including medical, , and operational allowance, are managed properly and consistently according to the policies set by the company.
- Ensure that all personnel administration processes, including attendance, new employee documentation completeness, and overtime calculations for non-staff employees, are managed properly and consistently according to the policies set by the company.
- Monitor and implement policies, as well as propose updates to the benefit & Personnel Action policies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct policy socialization and training for personnel involved in the implementation of the company’s benefit policy.
- Ensure the implementation of benefit policies is carried out correctly, fairly, and equitably.
- Supervise administration, such as attendance, overtime, business trips, employee SPH (Salary Payment History), medical treatment, and pension.
- Manage the payroll and compensation system, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Develop and design employee benefit packages, including insurance, pension, and other benefits.
- Perform salary analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company offers competitive compensation.
- Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits for senior management.
- Provide advice regarding compensation policy changes to improve employee retention and welfare.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years in the similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in HRIS especially Talenta
- Experience in salary analysis, compensation package design, compensation and benefits management, and C&B administration
- Knowledge of labour laws, tax regulations, and social security (BPJS)
- Strong analytical skills to assess salary, benefits, and other compensation data, and make recommendations based on findings
- Good negotiation and communication skills to work with various stakeholders
- Ability to design and manage competitive compensation and benefit programs within the company’s budget
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail when handling salary and benefits data
