Dengan pengalaman di bidang kosmetik lebih dari 28 tahun PT PTI telah membawa Wardah Cosmetics sebagai brand lokal dengan penjualan tertinggi di Matahari Dept. Store (Departemen Store terbesar di Indonesia), serta mendapat Halal Award oleh LPPOM MUI pada tanggal 5 Juli 2012, sebagai pioneer kosmetik halal. Lowongan Kerja PT Paragon Technology and Innovation

1. Front-End Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Information System, Electrical Engineering, and related degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but having 1 year of work experience will be advantageous
• Experience in software development using JavaScript using ReactJS / NextJS framework
• Familiar with API Integration with Axios or query management like React-Query
• Have basic knowledge to use design tools with Figma
• Knowledge/Experience in state management tools like Zustand or Redux will be advantageous
• Knowledge/Experience in Cypress end to end testing or Jest unit testing will be advantageous
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Customer and next-process centric, with a strong willingness to proactively solve problems and address issues within an 8-hour shift per day and a 40- hour weekdays

2. Medical Representative

Qualifications:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative
• Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office skills (presentation, basic excel)
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)
• Have driving license (car / motorcycle)
• Will be placed in Jabodetabek Area

Main Responsibilities:

• Promoting brand products to General Practitioners and healthcare professionals (Derma Clinics & Hospitals)
• Identify potential new Clinics opportunities that could become sources of brand sales growth
• Generate sales and brand visibility though close and regular interaction with healthcare professionals
• Building relationships and maintain communication with healthcare professional by making calls on existing or potential customers and serve in all matters concerning product and service delivery
• Transform information gathered from the field and from interactions with healthcare professionals to insights for developing programs and plans that will further build the business

3. Brand Building

Job Description :

• Develop and implement brand-building strategies to increase brand awareness and equity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of brand objectives with marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
• Manage brand communication activities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Work closely with creative teams to develop brand assets
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and influencers
• Support product launches and promotions by developing integrated marketing plans
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance brand-building strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling
• Multitasking and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and driving business objectives

4. Perfect Store Designer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous eCommerce design projects.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.

Job Description :

• Create visually compelling graphics, banners, and promotional materials for marketplace; shopee, lazada, shop & tokopedia Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure visual consistency.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and implement user- centric designs

5. IT PHP Engineer – Fullstack

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, having 1 year of experience will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in PHP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Yii2, or Codeigniter.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Familiar with Git Version Control Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is advantageous.

Job Description :

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Design, implement, and manage databases using PostgreSQL, or similar, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including tech lead, QA, and other engineers on planning and developing.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and applications. Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities in existing applications.
