Lowongan Kerja PT Pelsart Tambang Kencana

1. Mine Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the mine planning team for gold mines, including: Supporting routine reporting to ESDM, Pit optimization, Creating ultimate pit limit and pushback design based on geotechnical, hydrogeological, infrastructure layout, road design, etc., Creating mine scheduling for Life of Mine (LOM), Reserve estimation, Preparation of budget estimates (CAPEX and OPEX), Drill & Blast Improvement, Dewatering management, and Conducting trade-off studies.
• Conduct data analysis and continuous improvement across all gold mining operations, including survey, geotechnical, hydrology, ore control, drill & blast, maintenance, and operations.
• Provide reports/presentations as needed for both internal and external (government) purposes.
• Collaborate with the Geology department to create a more complete geological model incorporating geological, mining, and metallurgical information.
• Collaborate with external parties to conduct further studies related to development and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mine engineering and gold mining operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience with mining software such as Surpac, MineSched, Whittle, etc. is preferred.
• Competent in performing pit optimization, mine design & planning, mine scheduling, project management, mine economics, and environment.
• Able to apply sustainability-oriented planning in gold mining operations, safety, and good mining practices in every planning process.
• Experience in preparing and reporting to the government (FS, RKAB, AMDAL, RKL-RPL, etc.).
• Experienced in leading a team, teamwork-oriented, and has initiative.
• Good communication skills in conveying information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong English proficiency in both spoken and written form.
• Possession of Middle Operational Supervisor (POM) and/or Main Operational Supervisor (POU) certificate is a plus.

2. Geotechnical & Hydrology Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of mining operations from a geotechnical and hydrological perspective by identifying and mitigating potential geotechnical risks and hazards.
• Establish geotechnical/hydrology operational guidelines/procedures and emergency evacuation procedures in collaboration with the mine operations department.
• Provide recommendations and directions in making appropriate geotechnical/hydrological decisions to maintain efficiency and sustainability of mining operations.
• Develop and lead the geotechnical team in providing technical support and solutions to operational problems in open pit or underground mining.
• Maintain good relationships with geotechnical/hydrology service providers to support mining operations efficiently.
• Collaborate and interact with the geotechnical design team in open pit and underground mining projects and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure the achievement of common goals with mine planning, mine operations, site management, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and hydrology, specifically in open pit and/or underground mining. Experience in tailings dam construction is a plus.
• Experience in leading a team to handle geotechnical and hydrology projects effectively.
• Ability to apply geotechnical principles in open pit and/or underground mining environments to reduce or eliminate geotechnical risks, including slope stability control, surface water and groundwater management.
• Understand the technical and operational aspects of the mining industry and be able to adapt to changing regulations and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex geotechnical data and make decisions based on the analysis results.
• Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, from team members to senior management.
• Experience with geotechnical and hydrology software.
• Certification or license related to geotechnical engineering or other technical expertise is considered a plus.
