Lowongan Kerja PT Saptaindra Sejati (Adaro Energy)

1. Unit Head – Project Control

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Unit Head – Project Control to handle our project activities at our Jobsite.

• Minimun Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Mining, Geology, Civil, or Industrial Engineering).
• Have min. 2 years experience in mining operations.
• Having strong understanding of operational knowledge and application of heavy equipment, contract/agreement procedures, and knowledge of mining operational costs.
• Willing to be placed in our stie at Kalimantan Tengah.

2. Unit Head – SHE

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Unit Head – SHE to handle our safety operational activities at our mining operation.

• Diploma degree OHS, Public Health, or related fields
• Have min 5 years experience in SHE fields. With min 3 years experience on mining operation.
• Have an interest in SHE Digitalization.
• Willing to be placed in our mining site at Kalimantan.

3. Senior Officer – General Accounting

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Senior Officer – General Accounting to handle our finance activities at our mining Head Office and Jobsite.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling yearly closing, accrual data transactions, and transaction monitoring across multiple sites or branches.
• Training in auditing techniques, accounting management, or brevet tax is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to be based at the Jakarta Head Office

4. Senior Officer – Procurement Sourcing

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Senior Officer – Procurement Sourcing to handle our procurement activities at our mining Head Office and Jobsite.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of IT and heavy equipment maintenance tools is preferred.
• Willing to be based at the Jakarta Head Office.

5. Sr. Officer Procurement – Spot Buy

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Sr. Officer Procurement — Spot Buy to handle our Procurement activities at our Head Office and Jobsite.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience as a procurement spot buyer.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be based at the South Jakarta Head Office OR in Bekasi (Narogong).

6. Sr. Officer Contract & Customer Relation

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Contract & Customer Relation to handle our operational activities at our Head Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry, or experience in reviewing mining contracts or mining service contracts.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Head Office.

7. Sr. Officer – Account Payable

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Sr. Officer – Account Payable to handle our accounting activities at our Head Office and Jobsite.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
• Having experience in handling account payable, taxes, data reconciliation, and invoicing (preferably from mining company).
• Understand SAP system and skilled in Microsoft Excel with proven certification is preferred.
• Able to develop a report and presentation.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.

8. Group Leader – SHE (IHOH)

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Group Leader – SHE to handle our safety operational activities at our mining operation.

• Diploma degree OHS, Public Health, or related fields
• Have min 1 year experience in IHOH sector.
• Having good understanding about the 4 pillars of the IHOH program.
• Experiences in supervision of food services and occupational nutrition.
• Willing to be placed in our mining site at Kalimantan.

9. Group Leader – Warehouse

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as a Group Leader – Warehouse to handle our logistics activities at our Head Office and Jobsite.

• Must have a Diploma Degree (D3 or D4) in any field, though
• Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a warehouse, including the team.
• A good understanding of SAP HANA is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Narogong, Bekasi

10. Internal Auditor

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as an Internal Auditor to handle our audit activities at our mining Head Office and Jobsite.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• Have min 2-5 years’ experience as Auditor, preferably from Public Accounting Firm or Mining company.
• Having knowledge of the auditor and mining activities.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill.
• Willing to be placed in our mining Site at Kalimantan Selatan

11. Mine Plan & Operation Control

We are looking for an excellent individual to join our Adaro Warriors as an Engineer – MinePlan & Operation Control to handle our operational activities at our mining Head Office.

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or related fields.
• Have min 5 years’ experience in coal mining sector, preferably in short term and long term planning.
• Proven experience in using mining software (e.g., Minescape, SPRY, MineX, Talpac/ Haulsim).
• Ability to analyze geological data and create mining layouts and schedule.
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office.
