Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.


Lowongan Kerja PT Seatrium

 

1. Tax Officer

  • Perform the tax calculation on daily transaction according to regulation
  • Familiar with Tax Aplication, Pph & PPN
  • Having experience to create monthly income tax & tax report
  • Responsible for paying and filling all quarterly tax estimates and extensions
  • Evaluating managerial processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulatory codes
  • Tax planning and reporting, including the filing of corporate tax returns Certified in Brevet A&B

2. Accountant

  • Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
  • Prepares perlodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
  • As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree In Accounting. Tax (1)
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required (2)
  • At least 3 years work experience in Tax will be an advantage (1)
  • At least 3-5 years of accounting experience required (2)
  • Prioritize in Batam domicile
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong Integrity.

 

3. Lead Planner

  • Having experience planning of Complex software or Engineering Project
  • At least minimum 10 years hands-on of P6 Oracle Primavera Software Version 15.6 or latest
  • Develop of the progress measurement :
    • Schedule development/update weekly reporting for the project Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract Able to communicate and write reports in English
    • Having knowledge with fabrication planning concepts and implementation

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 10 years experience in Fabrication or Constructions as Planner, background in oll and gas industry preferred
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Able to handle work under tight schedule
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

 

4. Process Engineer

  • Review engineering deliverables from detailed engineering consultant / equipment vendors to ensure to meet client specifications
  • Coordination with detailed engineering consultant or design, client, vendors, sub-contractors and third party specialists
  • Monitoring, reporting ad driving engineering process
  • Conducting and attend PID design review, HAZOP (Hazard and operability study), SIL (Safety integrity level] and 3D model reviews
  • Monitor and drive the closing out of punch lists after design review / HAZOP (Hazard and operability study)
  • Supporting procurement team on technical issue with vendors, Construction team during construction phase on site checks and commission team during plant or sub system start-up
  • Function assigned by Department managers..

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical engineering or related disciplines
  • Experience in Marine/Oil & Gas will be an added advantage:
  • Knowledge in HYSYS, SmartPlant P&ID
  • Able to handle work under tight schedule

5. Data Coordinator

  • Familiar with project information management system related software (i.e. Aveva Engineering, Hexagon SDX or EDWS (SQL), and PIM (non SQL)
  • Experience with data or document related software (i.e.PIM, IDocs, Project Tools, and etc.) and able to assist in create progress and quality reports in Clients’ Information Management system
  • Knowledge and experience in Data and Documentation for Operation (DFO)/ Vital Document & Data (VDD) activities for the project
  • Knowledge of tagging requirements in capital projects and able to perform verification, quality checking as well as import tags and data attributes into Client’s Information Management System Knowledge and experience in various project life cycle information systems for meeting client’s document and data tagging requirements
  • Ability to work with supplier/ contractors

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalent
  • 3 years of working experience in Engineering project (Piping or Instrument discipline)
  • Experience in data and document control management for FPSO/ FPU Project in Onshore/ Offshore and Oil & Gas
  • Able to handle work under tight schedule
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

 

6. Senior E&l Engineer

  • Act as the lead representative and make sound engineering decision for key discussion and workshops like FAT, FMEA workshop, safety workshop,, HAZIP/HAZOP workshop, etc
  • Responsible for manpower planning and allocation within the in-charged workgroup base on the team member’s competency and work scope required.
  • Responsible to monitor and control the material cost and manhours to be within limit for the in-charged scope of work, and advocate cost & manhours budget awareness among reporting team members.
  • Act as the point of contact for reporting team members to escalate any major issue or project bottleneck, and take necessary preventive and/or corrective action to rectify the situation.
  • Drive lesson learnt activity and take action to prevent repeated mistakes including cross project sharing.
  • Prepare instrumentation system concepts, schedule of deliverables and plan activities in line with overall project schedule, delegate the tasks to instrumentation team member assigned to the project and monitor the progress.
  • Lead instrumentation team to prepare documents, such as design philosophles, block diagrams, room layout and deck arrangement
  • Lead instrumentation team to perform system design verification, such as F&G coverage, calculation
  • Lead instrumentation team to prepare procurement engineering documents, such as technical specifications, equipment data sheets, MTO, technical bid evaluation etc.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering disciplines
  • 6 years of working experience in planning, designing and construction of Instrumentation system in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience in Instrumentation system design in Pre-FEED, FEED, EPCC, Conversion and Repair & Life Extension
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

 

1.Accounts Payable

  • Famillar preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Famillar of process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Having knowledge of indonesia Audit and Statutory reporting and Taxation
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifiying, classifying and recording accounts payable data

2. Senior Accountant

3.Payroll Officer

  • Famillar to managed the employee payroll records on hand and in the data system.
  • Maintained the payroll system tax tables and produced related payroll reports, each pay and quarterly.
  • Able to ensures timely payments and updates interal payroll databases.
  • Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations.
  • Managed and process the monthly main payroll for 4000++ salaried employees through PeopleSoft.
  • Evaluated and ensured the accuracy of all personnel action forms and changes that affect payroll.
  • Fanata wat els corcuitcading salares, promotions, deductions, and taxes.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required (1,2)
  • At least 5 years of accounting experlence required (2)
  • At least 3 years work experience in Senior Accounts Payable will be an advantage (1)
  • Proven work experience at least 5 years as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar role (3)
  • Prioritize in Batam domicile
  • Must be able to work Independent y or Team Work
