PT Stanli Trijaya Mandiri terdaftar secara hukum pada tahun 2000. Pada tahun tersebut, kami telah menggunakan mesin-mesin dan komposisi bahan yang lebih baik dalam menghasilkan roti yang semakin baik untuk pelanggan kami. Hal inilah yang menjadi cikal bakal terbentuknya merek Roti Garmelia. Keberadaan merek tersebut adalah cerminan dari komitmen dan dedikasi kami untuk terus menerus meningkatkan mutu produk-produk kami dalam melayani pasar. Pada tahun 2005, perusahaan kami membuka cabang ke arah industri kue dalam kemasan, dan lahirlah merek Padimas. Nama “Padimas” secara harfiah memiliki makna Padi Emas, yang melambangkan dedikasi kami dalam menggunakan bahan baku terbaik untuk menciptakan produk-produk yang paling bercita rasa.

Lowongan Kerja PT Stanli Trijaya Mandiri

1. General Affair Supervisor

Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience as a General Affairs Supervisor in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Preferably holds a K3-Umum certification.
• Strong knowledge of safety and security management, including disease and hazard prevention.
• Have strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang or Rancaekek, Bandung Regency.

2. GA Services Coordinator

Requirement :

• Minimum education of associate degree (D3) in any major.
• At least 1 years of experiences as General Affair Coordinator or 3 years of experiences as General Affair Staff.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in driver scheduling and routing, service mand management, and housekeeping operations.
• Strong leadership and excellent analythical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang, Bandung Regency

3. Facility Coordinator

Requirement :

• Minimum education of associate degree (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experiences as Facility/Building Mantenance in FMCG or manufacture industry.
• Strong knowldge and experience in facility management and building maintenance.
• Strong leadership and excellent analythical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in Rancaekek, Bandung Regency.

4. Production Administrator

Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or other relevant major.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to be based at the Kopo-Katapang Plant, Bandung Regency.

5. Production Shift Leader

Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) Food Technology/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related fileds in engineering major
• At least 1 year of experience as Foreman Production or Quality Control in Food or Pharmaceutical Industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SJH, HACCP, and ISO 22000
• Strong leaderships and communication skills
• Willing to work in shift system
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang or Rancaekek Plant, Bandung Regency.

6. Quality Control Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education is vocational degree (SMK) in Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of experience as QC/QA in food industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong Knowledge in GMP, ISO 22000 & SJH
• Detail oriented, diciplined, and willingness to learn
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang or Rancaekek Plant, Bandung Regency

7. QA System & Regulatory Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Technology/Biology/Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of experience as QA/QC in food/pharmaceutical industries (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply).
• Possess knowledge and experience in the registration process, audits, and maintenance of BPOM and Halal certifications.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and detail oriented.
• Willing to be placed in Rancaekek Plant, Bandung Regency

8. Engineering Coordinator

Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Staff or 1 year as a Maintenance Coordinator in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 22000.
• Proficient in the technical aspects of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, analythical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willing to work at Rancaekek or Kopo-Katapang plant, Bandung Regency

9. Maintenance/Utility Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education is vocational degree (SMK) or diploma degree (D3) in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience as Maintenance/Utility staff in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, with knowledge of FMCG equipment and systems.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed at the Rancaekek or Kopo-Katapang plant, Bandung Regency

10. Workshop Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education Vocational (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 1 year of experience as Workshop Staff or Welder Technician in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in welding techniques or holds a welder certification.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed at the Rancaekek or Kopo-Katapang plant, Bandung Regency

11. Network & Security Specialist

Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) degree in Computer/Informatic Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in hardware and software security (networking, CCTV, IP Phone, and other network access).
• Preferable strong knowledge in AWS Cloud.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang Plant, Bandung Regency

12. SAP ABAP Specialist

Requirement :

• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics or Computer Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience as an SAP ABAP Specialist or in related fields.
• Experience in SAP business application development for the manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and excellent analytical thinking.
• Willing to be based in Kopo-Katapang, Bandung Regency.

13. Internal Auditor

Requirement :

• Minimum education is bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Internal Auditor or Internal Control.
• Apply and uphold the Internal Audit Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
• Understanding the manufacture business process.
• Willing to be placed in Kopo Regency.

14. Accounting Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to be placed at the Kopo-Katapang plant, Bandung Regency.

15. Document Control Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Willing to be placed at the Kopo-Katapang plant, Bandung Regency
