Lowongan Kerja – PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) adalah perusahaan milik Indonesia dengan total Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) adalah 21.100 hektar, terletak di Kecamatan Routa, Kabupaten Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.

SCM menyelesaikan pemboran eksplorasi tahap pertama pada akhir 2013. Estimasi tonase kadar awal sumber daya potensial di dalam area IUP SCM yang telah dibor pada program eksplorasi tahap pertama untuk tiga prospek terpisah menunjukkan .

Lowongan Kerja PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM)

1. Organization Development Specialist

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1/S2) Psikology, Industrial Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the same position in the Mining industry.
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio & Page Maker
• POP & TOT Certified
• Active on social media
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Increase organizational effectiveness by adhering to company culture and values in the mining industry.
• Designing, directing, and managing all processes related to employment, such as career planning, organizational structure design in the mining industry, and work safety management..
• Optimizing employee potential and helping them increase their contribution to the progress of the organization.
• Assess problems within the organization and then intervene to create positive change.
• Monitor, suggest, and evaluate the organizational structure planning process.
• Participate in the planning process, communication and integration of strategic business planning results to related divisions

2. IT Project Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies like WaterfallAgile. or ScrumPOP Certified
• Proficiency in project management software tools (eg. Microsoft Project. Asana. Jira).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (eg.. AWS.Azure, GCP).
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi

3. IT Support Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, knowledge of operating systems (Windows. macOS. Linux), and experience with common IT support tools and applications.
• POP Certified
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi

4. IT System Administrator Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the same position
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, network administration virtualization technologies, and IT security practices.
• POP Certified Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi

5. IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor Informatika/Telekomunikasi
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the same position
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.), routing, switching, and firewalls
• Knowledge of security principles, threat analysis, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS. Azure. GCP) and cloud-native tecimologies.
• Proficiency in scriptinglanguages (Python PowerShell Bash) for automating tasks and managing infrastructure
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days 14 days off
• Able to work at Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi
