1. Technical Training Development Intern

Job Description :

Actively involved in creating modules related to technical materials, such as machines and part as well as repair processes.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar and able to use Ms.Office
• Able to do literature review and preparation of teaching materials
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

2. Training Development Intern

Job Description :

• Making creative learning materials
• Making animation/ illustration of technical modules
• Compilation of existing modules (Moodle, Gdrive, Dropbox)
• Preparation of engineering modules for fabricators

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/lndustrial Engineering/Educational Technology
• The basis for making a list of competencies along with the training needed to master these competencies
• Have interest in module development
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

3. Data Scientist Intern

Job Description :

• Prepared data plan
• Designing and carrying out data collection processes
• Perform data analysis and conclude recommendations from the analyzed data

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring in Statistic Science
• Good at communication skills and proactive
• Familiar and able to use Ms.Office, SOL, or SPSS
• Proficient in Phyton will be a plus
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

4. Warehouse Intern

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor degree any majoring
• Good at communication skills and proactive
• Familiar and able to use Ms.Office
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

5. Design Engineering Intern

Job Description :

• Design and Modelling Components Unit
• Create and Organize Product Manual (Partsbook a OMM)

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma degree majoring in Design / Mechanical Engineering
• Capable using CAD or 3D design software (Solidworks/ Pro E/lnventor)
• Possess knowledge a skill in engineering technical drawing
• Good communication a time management skill
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

6. Structure Engineer Intern

Job Description :

• Design and modeling components unit
• Create detailed technical drawings

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor degree, majoring in Design or Mechanical Engineering
• Capable in using CAD software (Solidworks, Creo/ Wildfire/ Pro Engineering, AutoCAD)
• Creative, good communication, and have a good time management skill
• Possess knowledge & skill in technical drawing
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

7. Jig & Fixture Intern

Job Description :

• Design a print design Jig a Fixture
• Improve existing Jig & Fixture

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma degree majoring in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Able to user Solidwork (Basic), Ms Excel, & Ms. Visio
• Able to read Techincal Drawing
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

8. Industrial Engineering Intern

Job Description :

• Support projects related to efficiency and production capacity improvement
• Collect, process and analyze take time data and calculating capacity & line balancing.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma degree majoring in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Able to use Solidwork (Basic), Ms Excel, & Ms. Visio
• Able to read Techincal Drawing
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

9. Quality Control Digitalization Intern

Job Description :

• Coordinate with the IT Team regarding.
  • Digitalization
  • E-Checksheet Project
  • Quality Reports
  • Documents such as Sigma Form
• Creating flow and features of the digitalization process

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering or Informatics Engineering
• Understand Business Process, Management Process ISO 9001-2015
• Familiar about the Flow Process, Quality Management System Improvement process digitalization Quality Management System
• Capable to use Microsoft (Word, Excel & Visio)
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

10. Quality Planner Intern

Job Description :

• Create a Picture Component Inspection
• Resume QFD agenda, Claim Complaint, Technical Meetings
• Analyze the Group Leader Job Desc
• Make Quality Problem Posters (TI, LM) to all Dept. Operational
• Create a list of Quality Assessment Subconts
• Follow up on CRM problems and equalize knowledge with the TO TSP team
• Recommend Standard Performance Values in the Quality area

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to use CAD #D Design Software
• Familiar with Engineering/ Techincal Drawing
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

11. Material Preparation Intern

Job Description :

• Cutting & Bending Process analysis
• Re-layout Cutting Machine Area a Trial implementation
• Re-Engineering Cutting and Bending Process & Trial implementation

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
• Understand Lean Manufacturing
• Possess knowledge in Production Layout & Facility
• Familiar with Quality System & Management
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.

12. Painting & Assembly Intern

Job Description :

• Support manufacturing department project in painting & assembling
• Collect, process, and analyze paint & assembly process’s data

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing undergraduate Diploma or Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Understand Manufacturing Flow Process a Sigma Process
• Able to operate calculations and data processing in Ms. Excel
• Active in organization and able to work in team
• Willing to do internship for 6 months and WFO in Cikarang.
