Lowongan Kerja – PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOM Finance) adalah Member of Maybank Group, PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (“WOM Finance” atau Perseroan) Didirikan pada tahun 1982 dengan nama PT Jakarta Tokyo Leasing yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan sepeda motor, khususnya pembiayaan untuk sepeda motor merek Honda. Perseroan mengubah nama menjadi PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha pada Tahun 2000 sejalan dengan transformasi bisnis yang dilakukan. Perseroan terus mengalami perkembangan dan tidak hanya melayani pembiayaan sepeda motor merek Honda namun melayani pula pembiayaan sepeda motor merek Jepang lainnya, seperti Yamaha, Suzuki dan Kawasaki.

Urgently Needed

1. IT Operational Risk Specialist

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Informatics or related field
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in IT GRC/IT Risk Analyst or related field
• Having strong understanding of database management, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation
• Having experience in IT assessment, compliance, and operational analysis
• Having ability to conduct security awareness programs and manage risk mapping
• Having strong communication skills for liaising with management and external stakeholders
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta

2. IT System Analyst Intermediate

Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from System Information major
• Having 2 years of experience in the same field and position
• Advanced in using SQL Server, Oracle, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
• Able to work within the deadline
• Understanding Multifinance Business
• Willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta

3. IT Quality Assurance Junior

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 year of experience in automated and manual testing web
• Experiences with QA best practice and testing methodologies
• Able to create test plan and test case documents
• Familiar with Database (SQL Server/Oracle), SQL Query (include T-SQL/PL-SQL)
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Experience in using JMeter is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Understanding the business processes of a finance company is a plus
• Willing to work at Sunter – North Jakarta (Hybrid)

4. IT Quality Assurance Intermediate

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having minimum 2 year of experience in automated and manual testing web
• Having experiences with QA best practice and testing methodologies
• Having experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Having ablity to create test plan and test case documents
• Familiar with Database (SQL Server/Oracle), SQL Query (include T-SQL/PL-SQL)
• Having excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Having enderstanding the business processes of a finance company is a plus
• Willing to work at Sunter – North Jakarta

5. IT Compliance Specialist

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in IT compliance, IT governance, or a similar role.
• Having strong understanding of government regulations and industry standards related to Information Technology.
• Having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Having strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Having experience in contract management and coordination with legal teams is a plus.
• Familiar with audit processes and documentation standards.
• Having detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta

6. IT Change Management Specialist

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Informatics or related field
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in IT Change Management or related field
• Having strong knowledge of SQL syntax/commands, ORACLE, Microsoft Office, and Windows Platform
• Understanding of financial company regulations and business processes is a plus
• Having excellent communication skills for liaising with management and external stakeholders
• Willing to work in Sunter, North Jakarta

7. Project Management Office Intermediate

Qualification :

• Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Having at least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understanding about Multifinance Business.
• Understanding about Project Management / Business or Process Development.
• Applicants must be willing to be placed in Sunter.

8. Corporate Legal Specialist

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a Master’s degree in Law is a plus.
• Having minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the multifinance or financial services industry.
• Having strong knowledge of multifinance regulations, corporate law, and contract law.
• Having excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Having strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Having detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta

9. Branch Management & Controller

Qualification :

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree from any Major
• Having minimum of 2 years work experience in Business Controller in Multifinance Company
• Having good communication, negotiation skills, leadership and teamwork skills
• Having good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Having knowlegde about Project Management, Business Process, and Financial Analyst

10. Finance Development Intermediate

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
• Ability to develop a company’s financial system or flow to improve work efficiency
• Ability to understand multifinance market conditions and the economy
• Have a good communication and be able to work in the team
• Used to work with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspaces

11. NDS Car Agency Supporting Section Head

Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from Marketing or Management major
• Having 2 years experience in marketing agency or related field
• Having experience in the finance industry and knowledge of financing products and services is preferred
• Having Analytical Skills, with an ability to analyze data to develop insights and recommendations
• Having excellent Communication skills, with an ability to convey information effectively to different stakeholders.
• Having a good leadership and decision-making skill
