1. Accountant Senior Staff
Responsible for :
- Accounting full cycle.
- Assist annual financial audit.
- Understanding of general ledger and journal entries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of Accurate accounting software (preferred).
- Good attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin speaker (preferred but not mandatory).
- Placement: PIK, North Jakarta.
2. Supervisor : Spareparts Alat Berat Dan Truck
Qualifications:
- Maksimal umur 40 Tahun, Berpengalaman di Bidang Spareparts Alat Berat dan Truck Minimal 5 Tahun
- Pendidikan : SMK/S1 Semua Jurusan
- Memiliki Pengetahuan Bidang Spareparts Alat Berat dan Truck
- Kemampuan menganalisa dan Pembuatan Prosedur Kerja (SOP) di gudang Spareparts
- Memiliki Jaringan Vendor Spareparts Alat Berat dan Truck Khusnya Merek Cina
- Mengerti Proses administrasi Gudang Sparepart, Layanan After Sales
- Memahami Sistim Kerja mengelola Spareparts After Sales Service

3. Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and operating the company’s e-commerce platform and website.
- Being responsible in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and digital advertising.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
- Developing content, storylines, and written materials: press releases, media advisories, pitches, presentations, etc. that are tied to the business’ brand and the PR plan framework.
- Building positive relationships with corporate, media and the public.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related major.
- Minimal 3 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, media advertising or related professional area.
- Experience in the heavy equipment, digital advertising, electronics, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and executing digital marketing method, including Search Engine. Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), or any digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong experience in handling e-commerce and website operation.
- Strong network of media contacts. Experience in managing PR events, press conferences/releases, media events/gatherings, and media visits.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (mandatory). Fluency in English is preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skill.
- Can work as a team or independently.
- Strong presentation skill, excellent multitasking skill and target oriented.

4. Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, contracts, and other administrative.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Translate and interpret communication between Indonesian and Chinese-speaking clients and team members.
- Assist in coordinating and managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support the organization and execution of sales events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian, both written and spoken. English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Accounting General Ledger (Mandarin Speakers)
Jobdesc :
- Complete journal entry voucher entry and supporting documents
- Perform monthly accrual backups
- Create detailed balance sheet accounts and follow up on old unpaid items
- Create bank reconciliations and follow up on pending item records
- Fill in vouchers
Qualification :
- Minimum education D3/S1 majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years experience
- Able to speak English ( Mandarin is a plus)
- Understand accounting workflow
- Expert on Accurate system

6. Sales Specialist – (Excavator/ Mining/ Crane)
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the heavy machinery industry, preferably with excavators / mining / crane products.
- Understanding of excavator / mining / crane products specifications, features, and technical details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

7. Service/Warehouse Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description:
As a Service/Warehouse Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) at PT. XCMG Group Indonesia, you will be a crucial link in facilitating communication and cooperation on project sites where Mandarin is spoken. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mandarin Interpretation: Act as a bridge between Mandarin-speaking personnel and our project teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Translation: Assist in translating project-related documents and materials from Mandarin to the local language and vice versa.
- Cultural Liaison: Help in building strong working relationships by understanding and respecting cultural nuances.
- Support: Provide support to the project team as needed, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
