Lowongan Kerja – PT Vale Indonesia Tbk merupakan perusahan tambang dan pengolahan nikel terintegrasi yang beroperasi di Blok Sorowako, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. PT Vale merupakan bagian dari Vale, perusahaan multitambang asal Brasil yang beroperasi di 30 negara dengan total pekerja dan kontraktor di seluruh unit bisnisnya mencapai 110.000 orang. PT Vale menambang nikel laterit untuk menghasilkan produk akhir berupa nikel dalam matte. Volume produksi nikel PT Vale rata-rata mencapai 75.000 metrik ton per tahunnya. Dalam memproduksi nikelnya di Blok Sorowako, PT Vale menggunakan teknologi pyrometalurgi atau teknik smelting (meleburkan bijih nikel laterit).

Lowongan Kerja PT Vale Indonesia Tbk
1. Legal Advisor
Accountabilities:
- To assist and advise on corporate and contractual issues, litigation/arbitration matters, land acquisition related aspects, employment related matters, regulatory matters and other legal issues of relevance to the operations.
- To assist and advise on corporate administration related aspects.
- To manage external legal advisors as necessary and produce multiple levels of documentation for various matters involving often challenging legal issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Have 5 years of working experience in related field (preferably from mining exploration projects or oil & gas industry).
- Having certification in Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)
- Strong team working and communication abilities (while maintaining legal professionalism) in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Quick learner/cross-cultural communicator, solutions driver, enjoys giving training, strong appreciation of (willingness to learn) compliance issues.
- Strength of character, strong ethical sense and judgment and fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesia Bahasa are essential.
- English capability is a must in written and verbal.
- Willing to travel to the company’s site office (Hu’u-Dompu, NTB).
- Advance with Microsoft Office applications.

2. Senior Contract Analyst
Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end procurement delivery of complex, fast paced construction project.
- Formulates, negotiates, establishes, and administers complex, integrated, high-value contractual arrangements and procurement proposals for a range of products and/or services for the project.
- Provides independent liaison and coordination with contracting principals to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues, as they arise; arbitrates claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts.
- Evaluates or monitors contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Analyzes and approves or rejects internal and/or contractor requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules.
- Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices; reviews and interprets contract provisions to achieve cost efficiencies and reductions where feasible.
- Assesses contractor service value and product/service reliability relative to cost; plans, organizes, and coordinates acquisition alternatives, as appropriate.
- Participates in the formulation, development, implementation, and revision of contracting policies, procedures, and strategies for the unit, as appropriate.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- The ideal candidate has strong practical and application experience in contract management, sourcing and contracting of goods & services in the energy sector knowledge and understanding of contracts and legal terms, solid business ethics, coupled with a strong commercial orientation and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- More than 7 years of working experience in Contracting and Procurement in the energy sector (preferably from mining exploration projects or oil & gas industry).
- Having certification of project management will be a plus.
- English capability is a must in written and verbal.
- Willing to work extra hours to complete the work.
- Willing to travel to the company’s site office (Hu’u-Dompu, NTB).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems.
- Has in-depth knowledge of Sourcing and contracting processes with knowledge and practical application experience in contract drafting, contract assurance, and contract review, and contract close out especially for Construction (EPCI) and Engineering contract.
- Ability to communicate with varying stakeholder levels within the organization, internal and external.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are required given the diverse nature of the operating landscape.
- Good influencing skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional and diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and ability to think outside the box.
- Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
- Experience in successful procurement delivery of major projects (preferred).
