Lowongan Kerja – PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk merupakan pabrik yang memproduksi kertas yang terbesar di Indonesia dengan produk utamanya adalah kertas, didirikan oleh Mr. Eka Cipta Widjaya (Chairman dari sinar mas group) dan MR. Teguh Ganda Wijaya (presiden direktur) pada tanggal 2 oktober 1972. Perusahaan ini mampu menghasilkan produk kertas sebanyak 12.000 metrik ton per tahun, kapasitas produksi pabrik ini kemudian tumbuh pada tahun 2006, yaitu 1.200.000 metrik ton dengan adanya alat konversi kapasitas yang memberikan tambahan sekitar 320.000 metrik ton per tahun.

Lowongan Kerja PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk

1. Operator, Paper Machine

Job Description:

• Operate paper machine efficiently according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and control various operational parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, and humidity to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
• Adjust and tune machine settings based on the type of paper being produced and customer specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and related equipment to detect potential technical issues or maintenance needs.
• Prepare daily reports on operational outcomes, including records of machine performance, paper quality, and energy consumption.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs and routine maintenance of paper machine equipment.
• Adhere to workplace safety and environmental policies and procedures in all job aspects.
• Optimize energy and steam usage to reduce environmental impact, while complying with established sustainability standards.
• Contribute to continuous efforts to enhance operational efficiency and product quality in paper manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related major.
• Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery in an industrial setting, preferably in a paper mill or similar industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

2. Technician, Electrical Maintenance

Job Responsibility

• Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
• Perform emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.
• Accurately use measurement and test equipment Install wire and conduit for newly installed and existing equipment such as conveyors, programmable controllers, converting and corrugating machinery.
• Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and position sensing devices such as proximity switch timers, scanners and photo electric devices.
• Troubleshoot drives, i.e. AC and DC Read electrical block diagrams, schematics as well as PLC ladder logic.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, and cleanup work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
• Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• At least one year of successful electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Able to function in a team environment.
• Proven record of safe work practices.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to be part of a multi-functional/multi-skill maintenance organization with a willingness to flow to work as required by changing mill conditions and priorities.
• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mill, Mojokerto

3. Technician, Mechanical Maintenance

Job Responsibility

• Performing maintenance to include direct drive shaft alignments, bearing installations, belt/chain drive installations and using precision maintenance techniques.
• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment and systems to maintain expected machine performance.
• Inspecting machinery to identify issues that may lead to unplanned downtime.
• Participating in a preventative maintenance program to ensure machinery uptime.
• Reading and interpreting complex work instructions and documentation
• Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• At least one year of successful mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Able to function in a team environment.
• Proven record of safe work practices.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to be part of a multi-functional/multi-skill maintenance organization with a willingness to flow to work as required by changing mill conditions and priorities.
• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mill, Mojokerto
