Store EIGER tersebar di Indonesia, dan akan terus melakukan inovasi untuk menembus pasar tropis dunia. PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Terusan Kopo Km.11,5 No.127A, Kabupaten Bandung merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri retail dan distribusi untuk produk-produk lifestyle dengan merek dagang Exsport, EIGER, dan Bodypack yang telah tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Ronny Lukito yang pertama kali memulai bisnisnya pada tahun 1979 di Bandung, Jawa Barat dengan hanya bermodalkan dua mesin jahit. Sebuah rumah di Jalan Saad, Bandung seluas 600 m2 menjadi lokasi produksi pertamanya sebagai home industry. Exsport hadir sebagai merek produk pertamanya dengan orientasi pada school life, hangout, dan traveling, yang kemudian disusul dengan hadirnya EIGER yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan perlengkapan dan peralatan gaya hidup penggiat alam terbuka, serta Bodypack yang mengacu pada urban lifestyle.

1. Legal Litigation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Legal Dispute Management: Handle and manage all litigation cases involving the company, including preparing legal documents, coordinating with external counsel, and representing EIGER’s interests in court proceedings.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze potential legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks. Develop strategies to minimize legal exposure and protect the company’s assets and reputation.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Provide legal advice and support to internal departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Case Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to gather necessary information and evidence for litigation cases. Ensure timely and accurate communication and documentation throughout the litigation process.
  • Negotiations: Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings to resolve disputes in the company’s best interests. Provide legal advice to management during the negotiation process.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact the company. Apply this knowledge to support litigation strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all litigation cases, including case status, outcomes, and legal costs. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of ongoing litigation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven 2 years experience in litigation, ideally within a corporate, law firm or retail industry.
  • Holder of Active license to practice law (Advocate License)
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, intellectual property right, business law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of professional ethics & integrity.
  • Willingness to travel for Business Trip domestic/internationally as needed.

2. Senior SAP Developer (ABAP)

Tugas

  • Melakukan pengembangan RICEFW ABAP sesuai dengan Functional Specification
  • Mendokumentasikan perubahan teknis dalam bentuk comment di program, dan dokumen formal
  • Melakukan debugging internal dan external dan memberikan solusi terkait masalah
  • Mengintegrasikan SAP dengan sistem eksternal lainnya

Qualification:

  • Minimal pengalaman 7 Tahun sebagai ABAP
  • Mampu memodifikasi dialog program, function, class, enhancement, smartform, dan data interfaces (RFC, ALE/IDOC, ALV, BDC, BAPI LSMW)
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan SAP Fiori
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan SAP Gateway untuk Interface
  • Berpengalaman dalam mengintegrasikan SAP ke sistem eksternal lainnya
  • Penempatan Head Office Kab. Bandung (Kopo, Katapang)

 

3. HSE Officer

Tugas:

  • Memonitor dan mengoordinasikan seluruh pengelolaan Health & Safety Environtment di perusahaan mulai dari memastikan kebijakan K3 maupun dokumen K3 lainnya (Sisdur dan HIRAC), pengelolaan P2K3, Pengelolaan ERT, sarana prasarana K3 dan memastikan compliance perusahaan terhadap peraturan K3.

Qualification:

  • Minimal S1 Teknik Lingkungan/Teknik Industri/Manajemen
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai HSE / K3 (di industri manufaktur / ritel)
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan, Keselamatan Operasional, Manajemen Lingkungan, Manajemen Risiko, dan Manajemen Darurat
  • Memiliki pengetahuan terhadap sistem automation ASRS/PLC/HMI
  • Mempunyai wawasan dan keterampilan terhadap proses audit K3
  • Mampu menganalisa dan memberikan kesimpulan/rekomendasi berbasis data.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Bersedia penempatan di Warehouse EIGER Kalijati Subang

 

4. Organization Development Officer

As an Organization Development Officer at Eigerindo MPI, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategy that enhance the overall effectiveness and growth of the company. Manage performance management system (PMS), Job Design (Job Analysis, Job Description), and create standards of performance evaluation instruments. You will work closely with blessing leaders and various departments to identify development needs, streamline processes, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
  • Able to use various apps (Excel-Pivot-Macro, Tableau, Visio, SQL Query)
  • Good interpersonal, social, and communication skills
  • Familiar with Sunfish/Greatday, WLA, FTE, Organization Structure, Job Evaluation, Job Grading.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture change, and performance management.
  • Work from Eigerindo MPI Head Office in Kab. Bandung

 

5. HCBP Retail

As a Retail HCBP (Human Capital Business Partner), you will be an integral part of our HR team, supporting our retail operations with your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with retail leaders to ensure that our workforce is aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive work culture and driving the achievement of key performance indicators.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong passion for human resources and a desire to pursue a career in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

6. Legal Support Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update legal documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and securely stored. This includes contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, and case files.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing legal documents, and managing correspondence. Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Legal Filing and Reporting: Assist with the preparation and submission of legal filings, reports, and other required documentation to regulatory authorities and courts. Ensure that all filings are completed in accordance with deadlines and legal requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Help prepare reports and documentation related to compliance activities.
  • Coordination with External Parties: Liaise with external legal counsel, clients, and other stakeholders as needed to facilitate communication and coordination of legal matters.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Manage the processing of legal department invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and maintaining records of legal expenses.

Qualification:

  • Min. Diploma 3 in Law, Business Administration, Secretary or related field.
  • Proven 1 year experience in an legal administrative or legal support role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Interest in legal matters and a willingness to learn about law, intellectual property right.
  • Well organized, attention to detail, willing to learn, creative.
