1.Web Developer

Job Descriptions :

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Create and manage database schemas while ensuring optimal SQL query performance.
• Design and implement APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Handle and troubleshoot applications as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices in web development.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Implement security measures and data protection in all applications.
• Document development processes, code changes, and share knowledge within the team.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel Framework (demonstrated through a portfolio).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Live Streaming Operator Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Operate Supporting Software (OBS) when running live streaming such as: Camera Lighting, Sound and Mockup Design.
• Proficient to operate a DSLR camera.
• Understand the rule of thirds.

Requirement :

• Final year student with no class attend, currently pursuing Associate/Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in all major.
• Having good communication skills, able to be multitasking and great management time.
• Have an interest in the field of live streaming operation on e-commerce area.
• Willing to work from office in Central Jakarta and able to join ASAP.

3. Video Editor Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in editing videos for ecommerce platforms, marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital marketing tim to develop video concepts.
• Organize and manage video assets, ensuring proper labeling and storage of raw footage.
• Support the creation of motion graphics and animations as needed.
• Work on post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing, and video optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into projects.
• Assist in managing multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirement :

• Final year student with no class attend, currently pursuing Bachelor Degree (S1) Multimedia
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, and CapCut
• Having a personal laptop
• Having good communication skills, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Willing to work from office in Central Jakarta and able to join ASAP.

4. Video Grapher Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Support the planning, filming, and editing of videos, social media clips, and event coverage.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new video ideas and concepts that align with the company’s brand and goals.
• Learn to set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots.
• Assist in editing raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, audio mixing, adding graphics, and special effects.
• Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper storage and labeling
• for easy retrieval.
• Help develop scripts and storyboards for video projects.
• Create short-form video content tailored for social media platforms

Requirement :

• Final year student with no class attend, currently pursuing Bachelor Degree (S1) Cinematography, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication
• Having basic knowledge of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from office in Central Jakarta and to learn outside office (Street, Yard, etc) and able to join ASAP.

5. Customer Service Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for responding to chats, reviews or discussions from customers in the marketplace quickly & precisely so that the store’s performance rating is in accordance with the set targets, & customer knows the orders
• Follow up on complaints or problems from customers so that customer problems can be resolved as they should.
• Collect data and recap reports on operational insights related to customer feedback, marketplace health & updating operational processes.

Requirement :

• Final year student with no class attend, currently pursuing Associate/Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) from any major.
• Having good communication skills, able to be multitasking and great management time.
• Preferably have experience online business on social media or marketplace.
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta and able to join ASAP.
