Lowongan Kerja PT Borwita Indah (ORBIZ)

1. Host Live Streaming – Freelance

Job Descriptions:

• Guide live shopping on Tiktok or Shopee as a host.
• Become a talent/model in content production.
• Responsible for identifying various requests, opportunities, and things that support in increasing live streaming sales Answer questions in accordance with product knowledge brand well.
• Adapt dynamically according to each principal’s needs.

Requirement:

• Final year student with no class attend or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in all major.
• Having good communication skills, be confident and attractive
• Have an interest in field of content creators on Instagram and/or TikTok
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta and able to join ASAP

2. Video Grapher – Internship

Job Descriptions:

• Support the planning, filming, and editing of videos, social media clips, and event coverage.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new video ideas and concepts that align with the company’s brand and goals.
• Learn to set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots.
• Assist in editing raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, audio mixing, adding graphics, and special effects.
• Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper storage and labeling for easy retrieval. Help develop scripts and storyboards for video projects.
• Create short-form video content tailored for social media platforms

Requirement:

• Final year student with no class attend, currently pursuing Bachelor Degree (S1) Cinematography, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication
• Having basic knowledge of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta and to learn outside office (Street, Yard, etc) and able to join ASAP.

3. Ads Marketing Solutions

Job Descriptions:

• Continuously find ways to optimize clients’ campaign performance using platform tools
• Analyze performance, generate a report on campaign results, and present it to clients
• Make sure campaign delivery is running as expected.
• Will work closely with account manager, relationship manager, channel owner and tech team for bug report for any issue happen with campaigns.
• Constantly evolve best practices and share it with internal/external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to grow the business and align on priorities
• Maintain healthy ROAS according to benchmark category
• Drive transactions by keywords optimization and ads spending

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields 1-2 years experienced in Ad’s Marketing Solution or related else.
• Expertise and deep understanding to optimized marketing ads tools Strong communication, Analytic Data, Problem Solving
• Willing to work from Jakarta and join ASAP.

4. Sales Analyst (Preferable having exp. in ecommerce platform)

Job Descriptions:

• Check the availability of product stock on the online platform.
• Make a product campaign recap for reporting to the principal.
• Pull sales data from the system to find out the progress of achieving sales.
• Make price trend reports to monitor product prices on the market.
• Make sales KPI calculations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university especially Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, and Accounting.
• Able to understand statistics and google analytics.
• Proficient to use Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with Python Systems
• Domicile in Jakarta.

5.  Business Development – Logistic (Preferable ex Cargo)

Job Descriptions:

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in major Business or Logistic Management
• Have min 3 years as sales or business development experience in Logistic Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have good analytic and leadership.
• Willing to work from East Jakarta
