PT Global Way Indonesia, adalah perusahaan manufaktur olahraga, bekerja sama dengan Adidas dan Puma untuk memproduksi alat-alat alahraga yang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Pada tahun 2014 PT Global Way Indonesia resmi menjadi partner Adidas untuk memproduksi Souvenir bola sepak piala Dunia 2014. Saat ini PT Global Way Indonesia telah banyak memproduksi bola sepak, deker, sarung tangan dengan kualitas tinggi yang telah dieksport di kawasan Asia, Afrika, Eropa dan Amerika.

Lowongan Kerja PT Global Way Indonesia

1. Customs Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of English Department
• Have experience in bonded zone corporate at least 1 year
• Capable to operate Ms. Office
• Able in English both spoken and written
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling customs administration
• Receive shipping documents from suppliers
• Follow up the arrival of imported goods and coordinate with forwarding
• Preparing and reviewing documents for import and export
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and dealing with customs clearance

2. Accounting Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting
• Has experience as Cashier or Accounting Officer min. 1 year
• Careful in keeping & recording money
• Thoroughly with the payment document
• Able in English both spoken and written
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive payment documents from Accounting
• Pay all cash payment from all departments
• Cash count both by self or to other departments
• Provide report to HQ Settle all payment at system
• Stock opname for raw material

3. Admin Director

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree or Magister in any major
• Minimum 10 years previous experience in manufacturing
• Have experience as a Manufacturing Management is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and be able to multitask and manage multiple departments
• Willing to be placed at Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing long-term strategies and ensuring administrative systems are aligned with the organization’s goals
• Overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and delegating tasks to staff
• Planning, directing, and coordinating administrative services

4. IT Support & Network

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/related
• Have minimum 1 year experience on IT Support
• Have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Have certificate CCNA is a plus
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Able to wired and wireless network system
• Handling computer hardware, software, and networking
• Manage CCTV, Finger Access, and PABX
• Using firewall system, i.e
• Sonicwall Support maintain all IT Access Management

5, Civil Engineer

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
• Working knowledge in: English, MS. Office, Autocad
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in civil engineering
• Have knowledge about maintenance building manufacture are preferable
• Willing to be placed at Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget
• Planning, designing, and managing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and building projects
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies and site inspections

6. HSE Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Environment/Environmental Engineering/related
• Having experience as HSE officer
• Understand waste management, waste water and Environmental Document
• Have a BNSP certificate related to air emission, water pollution, & waste is preferred
• Understanding of compliance of buyer and government regulations
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct compliance evaluation of legal and regulation about HSE
• Collecting data on hazardous and non-hazardous waste through the SIMPEL/SPEED electronic reporting system
• Conduct inspection related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
• Conduct routine environmental reporting (UKL-UPL, PLB3, Air Emission, Water Pollution) and routine work safety reporting (Chemical Usage).

7. Electrical Engineer

Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/related
• Working knowledge in: English, MS. Office, Autocad
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing
• Well Understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Control), electrical diagram, Industrial machinery automation,
• Willing to do business trips within and outside the country
• Willing to be placed at Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of sports goods machinery electrical systems
• Diagnose electrical problems and malfunctions in production equipment and systems, and develop and implement solutions to resolve issues prompt
• Ensure that electrical systems and equipment meet safety standards and regulatory requirements and implement measures to mitigate electrical hazards and risks.

8. 2D Designer

Requirements :

• D3/S1 Visual Communication Design/related
• Experience as a 2D Designer in a manufacturing company is preferred
• Have knowledge and skills of computer- based design programs, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, and SketchUp
• Fluent in English both oral and written Creative and strong attention to detail Strong in delivering creative, effective designs and thinking independently
• Proactive, responsible, and intelligent
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Fulfill the design needs required by the department Breakdown film to related dept.
• Collaborate with the Drafter to ensure consistent and accurate information

8. Technical Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering/related
• Has experience as ME/CI/IE min. 3 years
• Experience in a similar technical role are preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Fluent in English both oral or written
• Willing to be placed in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Tech manager to monitor the Tech working plan/project & drives execution of the plan.
• Maintain equipment and tech systems and oversee product quality
• Create SOP, improvement and innovation to help the production process to be more effective.

9. Warehouse Officer

Requirements :

• College or Bachelor Degree in any major
• Having experiences in Warehouse Material min. 1 year are preferable
• Familiar with ERP or Warehouse Management System
• Capable to manage inventory & logistics
• Capable to operate Ms. Office
• Have good communication skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed at Madiun – East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Update inventory of production material consumption data, BOM and PO
• Calculate incoming and outgoing material stock related to production needs
• Perform administrative tasks such as using ERP (Warehouse Management System).
• Coordinate with relevant dept. staff members for production material consumption inventory.
• Coordinate with related dept. staff members, material consumption according to ERP (Warehouse Management System) input

10. Department Officer

Key Responsibilities :

• Archiving production documents either electronically or in hard copy
• Take and distribute meeting minutes
• Organize and provide documents, reports and information
• Processing data by using the system or Ms. Office according to the needs of the department
• Maintain and reorder office supplies

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in English Literature/English Dept./related
• Experienced as manufacture officer or administration are preferable
• Have good communication skill, able to work individual or team
• Capable to operate Ms. Office Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
• Fluent in English with speaking, writing and listening abilities
• Willing to be placed at Madiun, Jawa Timur

11. Bill OF Material Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of English Department/English Language/related
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Precise, thorough, attention to detail
• Have good math skills Able to operate Ms. Office (esp. Ms. Excel)
• Able in English both spoken and written
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Made part number of material non material in ERP System
• Made Bill Of Material in system
• Collect consumption data for BOM
• Register the list of ingredients to the customer to get MLM number

12. Manufacturing Excellence

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical
• Min. 2 years experienced in IE/ME or related field
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process & automation
• Experienced in leading improvement projects execution
• Able to use AutoCad & Ms. Project
• Able in English both spoken and written
• Willing to be based in Madiun, East Java

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from the beginning to finalization process
• Analyzing the production process, measuring, and interpreting data
• Designing, running, testing, and improving systems and processes
