Lowongan Kerja PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Powertrain Systems

1. Senior Staff SHE

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technical
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Safety, Health & Environtment
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Understanding AK3 Umum, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3
• Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Have a good analytical thinking and good decision maker
• Team Player, able to work underpressure and fast
• Communicative, supple, thorough, and have a strong principle
• Willing to be placed in KITIC, Deltamas

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3
• Preparing monthly P2K3 reports
• Executing patrol programs
• Controlling contractor HSE activities
• Providing safety training and campaigns
• Conducting environmental measurements
• Managing waste and reporting
• Supporting security activities

2. Section Leader Industrial Relation

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR
• Have a BNSP Training of trainers (TOT) competency certificate
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation
• Deep understanding on  Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.
• Budget management experience, good problem solving skills, detail oriented.
• Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Have a good knowledge about IR Management (SKKNI – Kepmen 307/2014)
• Proficient in English both written and oral
• Able to speak Japanese is preferred
• Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Have a good analytical thinking and good decision maker
• Team Player, able to work underpressure and fast
• Communicative, supple, thorough, and have a strong principle

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
• Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
• Propose and manage budgets
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
• Evaluate the section’s systems and programs
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
• Implement improvements to work systems

3. Production Staff

Qualification :

• Diploma/ Bachelor from all major
• Minimum work experience 1 years in Manufacture
• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) is preffered
• Proficient using MS Office
• Discipline, can work under pressure
• Willing to work shift and overtime
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 Cibitung
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

4. Production Engineering Staff

Qualification :

• Diploma/ Bachelor from Administrative Management or Accounting
• Minimum work experience 1 years in Manufacture
• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) or English is preffered
• Proficient using MS Office
• Discipline, can work under pressure
• Willing to work shift and overtime
• Willing to be placed in MM2100 Cibitung
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Description :

• Carrying out work programs in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling investment budget approval submissions.
• Scheduling review meetings for investment approvals.
• Preparing schedules, invitations, and minutes of meeting for the Engineering Division.
• Compiling and analyzing investment budget usage.
• Coordinating with the Finance and Procurement teams regarding investment control and cost control.
• Checking and categorizing Engineering CIP with the project team, and registering fixed assets for project machinery/equipment and Engineering fixed assets according to the mass production schedule or usage plan.

5. Systems Control Staff

Qualification :

• D3 or S1 from all major (English Language/ Literature are preferred)
• Familiar with management systems likes IATF, ISO, AEO and others
• Hava knowledge about legal is preferred
• Proficient in operating MS. Office
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)  is preferred
• Can communicate well / Horenso
• Willing to work at MM2100, Cibitung

Job description :

• Submit budgets that are relevant and aligned with the work plan.
• Support the implementation of management systems: IATF, ISO, AEO, SMK3, etc.
• Responsible for document control in accordance with the system.
• Monitor monthly budgeting.
• Update SASG/RASG information and propose implementation.
• Translate RASG/SASG documents and system-related documents.
